ok u all jom update tinggi & berat msg2...
sy start dulu....
tinggi: 154cm
berat: 40kg
target: 48kg.....

nape uols tak suka..cekci nyah ala bukan byk pun..sekadar kasi kemas lengan, peha, montot n perut jer..kalau nan ado, nanti lemak bersepah kat area tu
iols walaupun underweight, idakla keding sgt sbb org kata bahu iols besar n pinggang tecik..
so sape2 leh try exercise yg leh build upper back, shoulders n chest.. |

masalah org kurus ni perut kecik so cpt kenyang bila makan.....tu x boleh nak makan je kejenye kan....klu boleh msti dah naik berat dah..... |

yelahh...dari dulu lagi tercarik2 snack2 yg kita leh get kat open market...tamau offer product uolss ok jajan2 berprotein yg kita leh beli kat kedai kalau boleh selain oat |

owh..cereal tu makan cam biasa la with milk..makan eggs whites mkn seperately..sukati la nak scrambled, rebus or wat omlette..
kadang2 i take 1 whole egg+1 egg white..tapi yolk kan tak leh makan ari2..kang cholestrol lak..so most of the time, it's two egg whites..tapi kan sis, serious kenyang gila after that |

mmg le eggs mengenyangkan....hehehe! biasa ambik yg separuh masak or rebus jek....tp dh hari2 cam muak lak..kentang pon sama...tu sbb x naik2 berat ni...arini pakai baju kebaya zaman remaja....still fit cam dulu2 gak.... |

berat: 43 kg!! dah naik 1 kg.... yeay!!
220796, u pernah try energy bar tak? sbb kandungan kalori dia tinggi... kekadang lebih dari semangkuk cereal..
cumanya saya belum jumpa energy bar yg betol2 berkenan di hati lagik... huhuhu |
