lina,kebetulan birdflu joint circuit training,i pun masih mencari2 tpt yg sesuai dgn keadaan..kebetulan juga midori sama juga mencari..tu kita bertukar2 pendpt..i joint gym under belia & sukan..instrutor ni rakan muda org yg sama masa i joint fitness before..mungkin keserasian cara diaorg buat tu i join..

honestly i kata lina...kat rumah i byk mengelat.....kat rumah ada saja penyakit M,mungkin ia tak sama dgn org lain...sebab tu i suka workout lepas keja,samada jogging &  skg ni ada workout lain..jogging ok pada i..tapi skg ni musim hujan..jadi byk hari tak boleh...mungkin dlm 5 hari sehari i jogging..2hari tu i rehat atau pergerakan yg ringan2..

laaaaa..nk pindah negeri mana pulak mata kucing?...ya laa nk cepat semua tak ingat..selagi tak siap..sakit mata dibuatnya..lau u dh selesai semua keja...bila time tido tu...jgn guna bantal..baring tegak2..jika boleh baring tpt yg rata,sapu dgn minyak panas....i pernah kena..sakit tau..tak selesa dibuatnya..

    syik,hang buat exercise lagi chik jeles tau(sory ya lau tak betul tulis bahasa utara)...terbakar  semangat tu laa i join gym..nk buat kat rumah,byk kata..nanti laa dulu...tu laa keja nya syik..

i join under belia & sukan..murah sgt..bulanan cuma RM20 je..tpt tak laa class mcm fitness lain2..& rm20.00 tu i claim dgn sport club tpt i keja..so i join gym tu free je laa..rugi lau tak claim laupun rm20 je..boleh i isi minyak keta tahan sehari setengah..jimat skit..kedekut kan..ha ha ha ha

salam... meh nak post menu n workout
keperluan kalori aku ialah 1500..aku kira kt blog sususejat.. so dari sini menu aku..

BF: 376 kalori
kurma kecik 2 pcs (20g)
olive oil 1 tsp
roti wholemeal 2pcs
baked beans 3 tbs
salad

MINUM PAGI: 45 kalori
skim milk 2tbs (sepatutnya kena ambik 4tbs)

LUNCH: 376 kalori
nasi 3/4 cup
kari ikan 1.5 pcs
bendi 3 pcs
terung 0.5 pcs
salad 0.5 cup
sambal beladan 1tsp

MINUM PTG: 107 kalori
apel hijau
kopi 1tsp
milo 1 tbsp

DINNER: 168 kalori
nasi 1/4 cup
kari ikan 1 pcs
bendi 1pcs
terung 1/4 pcs
salad 1/4 cup
fish cake 1pcs

SUPPER: 378 kalori
susu coklat dutch lady 1 kotak
telur separuh masak 2 pcs

JUMLAH KALORI=1408.. ok leh tambah lagi..sebenarnya tak cukup protein..takpe nanti akan diusahakan lagi..

SENAMAN:
pagi = 100 kettelbell swing + ZWOW 10 (10 minit jer sesuai la utk sapa2 y nak g keje tak cukup masa nak senam waktu pagi..utk jump start hari anda dgn lebih fresh..masuk ofis merah2 jer muka, tak yah pakai blusher...hehe)


malam= dance erobik 1 jam..


sok pagi instructor tu ajak buat demo lak kt tempat hiking..adoi..malu la..hahaha

aik.ah dh khatam ke tread detox tu? mmg hazab buat swf tau .. x leh tdo sbb 1 bdn rasa x selesa sbb mcm terasa2 masin tu satu bdn .. nk telan je dh hazab ... tp part membuang mmg laju & lancar je x rasa sakit perut pun tp terasa nk membuang je ... mau 10 kali gak membuang lps swf .... sy pn mnm apple cider vinegar juga ... kira bj2 tu ada gak la yg dh longgar ...

    betul tu aik... kalau kat umah ni kekadang byk halangannya...penyakit M tu kekadang ada jer menyinggah.. kat gym sekurangnya kita boleh disiplin diri... umah pun boleh nk disiplin, tp kesungguhan dan kemahuan kena kuat..

tu pasal saya suka jadi coach.. saya bertanggungjawab utk transform wanita lagi fit n body cantek gitu.. lelaki & para suami satu malaysia kena thankful to me hehehe
*p.s.: montot i n pinggang i pun cantik juge hehe thats y saya suka strength training, mmg sgt bagus utk shape body, both guys & girls

hari nie hari rajin jalan2.....pagi tadi i did 10km, 134 mins, 648 cal, 18+++ steps, petang nie i did 11km, 144 mins, 750 cals, 20,000 steps.....total calories burn 1398....

Now kaki sakit....apa taknyer round tasik 21 kali.....harap2 esok ok....nak jalan2 lagi....
