yup pntg tgk kt packing tu yp.. bila tgk baru kita taw ..

lahh mknn yg kita rasa lite tu rupenya kalori dia sgt tinggi..

siyes..sbb tu kalo nak diet gen lbh suke cdgnkan owang tu diet kalori.. sbb diet kalori neh

lbh mudah n sesuai dgn mknn kita.. kalo nak atkins diet ke hapa ke.. gila tak mkn nasik?? tak mkn roti tp mkn ayam mkn daging.. tu cara mat salleh hoke..

so nasik bg gen mkn boleh aje.. tp skit takat rasa sesendok rata .. means bukan stu sndok tp tinggi membukit rata aje kt sndok tuh.. pstu amek sayur lbh.. bayam bagoih.. low kalori n ade iron tak clp kekeke.. lauk ikot la.. lauk bergoreng smbl mmg tinggi kalorinya htta ikan.. so pilihan di tgn kita.. nak mkn lauk ikan smbl... boleh.. tp lbhkan syur so kita tak lapr... tgk pinggan dah penoh so kita akan rasa byk n sebaiknya plh pinggan kecik... s


wahh gitu pakar nutrisi sgt tp tuannya bdn gemok kembong gak

sbb slamam pagi mkn roti jala dua... ketoi tghari fish n chip tp chip tak abeh .. mlm sizzling yee mee.. terbaikkkkkkkkkkkkkk

   tinggi ker 100g =104.8??..huhu 100g tu sikit je nasiknyer gen.....ikut genggaman tgn masing2...pastu pi timbang kt weighing scale kt adpur tu... pastu darabkan dgn kcal/g utk nasik...
contoh...
arini gen makan nasik 1 genggam= 170g (nasik punye kalori ialah 1.31kcal/gram) so darab la 170g = 222kcal,
ayam goreng 1 piece drumstik (70g) = 231 kcal ( 1gram ayam drumstik = 3.3kcal/gram),,

apple ijau medium = 40 kcal ( 1gram apple ijo = 0.35kcal/g)

total kalori intake gen arini ialah = 222+231+40 = 493kcal....huhu byk tuu

   mmg menarik.... sampai milo ade food log...everyday must record the food we eat..kekeke.... tpi jenuh gak yeepii nk catit bagai...tpi milo pkir positif.. wat demi kesihatan... xpkir sgt pn nk kurus ke hape... yg pnting... kalori masuk xleh lebih dari kalori keluar.....bru la ada pmbakaran lemak... dan kita msti mkn nasik utk pastikan bdn ada tenaga nk bakoo lemak..dan ada otot..kalau xde otot...lembiikk la koot kitee smua nih..kekekek

   mmg xkenyag...sbb gen da ckp awal2 pada otak cm tu...kite mkn sikit..tpi kerap2... contoh tengahari amik nasik segenggam,ikan goreng sederhana dan sayur bayam semagkok dan ayor kosong...(222+111+40+0) =  bru 350kcal...
kalau lapo lagi...leh amik snek contoh...apple ijo...sbb kalori die rendah 40 kcal je gen... mkn ngn kerap... minum air msk byk2...

mlm jgn ler mkn nasik sbb kite da xguna lebihan tenaga tu kannn....

huhu hati kne kuat genn.... genn bleh... 1 mesia
