Episode 9
XM has become a maid, and even though "Genie"keeps making life hard for XM, she still insists on staying in theHuang Fu home as she wants to continue to be together with Jin.However, when Genie's intention in 'seducing' Jin becomes more and moreapparent, XM starts to get really worried, and when she tests whetherGenie is seducing Jin at every available oppurtunity, XM finds thatGenie does not have a birthmark. So, XM is positive that Genie is notEmp's real grand-daughter. XM confronts Genie, and Genie admits thatshe is not Emp's real grand-daughter, she has only acted that she is inorder to 'get' Jin. XM is furious and attempts to tell Emp aboutGenie's plan, however Emp does not believe XM, and under thecircumstance of having no evidence, XM cannot expose Genie's 'evilplan'. XM starts her mission of 'exposing' Genie is not the realgrand-daughter.
One time, when XM is cleaing Emp's room, she overhears Genie and Emptalking about their plan. - That Genie assuming the role of thegrand-daughter under Emp's plan and she has to act to seduce Jin, withthe sole purpose of revealing that Jin and XM are dating.
When XM finds out the truth, she decided to 'revenge'. She quits herjob as a maid and decides to go to Brazil. This of course scares Emp.and everyone else, and askes her to stay behind. XM gives Genie and Jinher blessings, and says that there is nothing going on between her andJin, in attempt to get the truth out of Genie and Emp, however, Jinoverhears this and is heartbroken as he thinks XM wants to leave him.Jin is angry and announces that he will marry Genie, which comes as ashock to everyone. XM chases after Jin to explain, but Jin refuses tolisten, but this is just Jin's plan to reveal Emp's real intentions.
Several days later, Jin acts to be in a very good relationship withGenie and asks Emp whether he can take Genie on a holiday. Emp isafraid that Jin and Genie will develop feelings for each other, so heorders Cai and XM to go along as well.  As Jin and Genie are getting along really well, and Jin refuses tolisten to XM's explaination, XM is afraid that Jin has fallen forGenie, but she still does not give up...
*phew..that was long.....NOW...
Episode 10
On the way towards their holiday destination, XMkeeps trying to find chances to talk to Jin. After their dinner, Jinannounces that since he wants to get to know Genie better, he wishes tospend the night with her, and pushes XM to Cai. This of course shocksGenie, as she already loves Cai. XM is furious, and agrees to spendingthe night in the same room as Cai too. Thus the night of 'manyquestions' begin! LMAO
Even though XM and Cai are in the same room, sheis solely thinking of what is happening inside Jin and Genie's room. Onthe otherhand, Genie is really worried about what will happen andreally cautious agains Jin's actions.
XM can not stand it any longer and rushes to find Jin in the middle ofthe night to tell him that her feelings have not changed, but isgreeted with a cold attitude from Jin. Cai is protective over XM, butit sparked Genie's confession about her liking him for over 10 yearsalready, and taking part in Emp's plan was so that she could get closerto Cai.
So, everything is now out in the open. Cai is 'touched' by Genie anddecided to try being in a relationship with her. XM and Jin also decideto be honest with Emp. In the end, Cai and Jin both express that theydo not want to be the heir of Emp's business and XM and Genie are bothsupportive to Jin and Cai's decision. Emp is forced to use his 'lastplan' |
