i suka light mekap.. sbb i rasa light mekap is a requirement.... i tak suka tengok acik bibir lebam kulit kepam menggerutu lg berminyak...
my light mekap WAJIB list would be :
1. eyeliner - supaya mata lebih galak and fresh
2. lipstick - menyerikan, and buleh menjadi blusher juga, just calit sikit pada tulang pipi, and blend dengan jari...
3. mascara - utk lentik bulu mata & sikat kening kasi tersusun, i bukan jenis bentukkan cukur kening, so i sikat pelan2 je
4. BB cream - or foundation, sukatilah, tp i pakai bbcream sbb dah ada SPF, tinted moisturizer and serum all in one.
i would usually allow myself to bersiap pakai tudung and light makeup within 5 minutes sahaja.. tak suka buang masa belek diri unnecessarily takpa improve overall looks pun... kot ye belek lama makin licin kulit takpe la jugak.. so for me, its worth to just allow 5 minutes utk pakai tudung and light mekap...

my perception about skincare has always been "expensive, doesnt mean its better"... i mmg suka drugstore products only.. and i LOVE to read the ingredients before i buy anything... selain daripada SPF 30 and above, wajib pakai every morning, even duk rumah pun... so please, go buy a good sunblock waterbased first.. banyak good brand kat watson guardian tu.. biore, aneesa, biotherm, clinelle, macam2 lahhhh
Few ingredients you should, and worth to consider
1. Vitamin A (Retinol)
secret ingredient for anti-aging.. skin-restoring, wrinkle-smoothing, firming ingredient and an antioxidant, address a variety of skin concerns
2. Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) - best formulation in Olay products. it's for blemish prone skin & anti-aging
to visibly improve the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, fine lines, dullness, and a weakened skin surface.
3. Vitamin B5 (Panthenol)
As a humectant because of its ability to attract and hold moisture. works together extremely well with hyaluronic acid (improve hydration).

one thing i notice bila bergaul2 ngn diorang ni.. usually diorang suka brag about their sessions or sexperiences... and kadang2 i notice diorang punya percakapan tu mcm nak mengajak kita pulak join diorang.. that's where i dgn husband will draw the line.. kitorg yes maybe seem open and understanding and not being judgemental towards them... tp we dont do swingers, and would never try that kot.. its just that i tak sanggup nak fikir pun buat benda gitu, apatah lagi nak experience such thing plak.. it just feels wrong to me, principally.
yang penting we draw the line and they respects us as couples la.. borak2 just to exchange opinions to spice up life with our own partner is fine.. berkawan2 is fine... yang best diorang ni baik je.. tidak melanggan pelacur.. hygienic.. and yes, kena berkawan dgn orang yang sama wavelength je.. sometimes otak diorang tak sampai, so later i would avoid berkawan orang camtu, keep the professional and respectful circle sahaja... and yes, i mmg tak suka shallow discussion yang takde insightful

Scrub is physical exfoliation... i pakai utk badan sahaja.... utk muka i exfoliate dgn chemical tu.. AHA or BHA or PHA. Pilih salah satu ikut jenis kulit... i now pakai PHA, sebelum ni i pakai BHA, sbb kulit berminyak... but then i takde masalah jerawat... so i tukar PHA. Ia dlm bentuk toner...
The sunblock tu okay dah.. biore is good i pernah pakai.. now i pakai hada labo spf50.... |

Betul sangat tang expensive product tu tak semestinya better. I ada kawan, dari skolah menengah kot dia pakai safi je, sampai sekarang early 30s, kulit dia flawless sangat bak telur dikupas. Smooth n supple. Oh Saja nak share, i pun baru start pakai sunblock, before ni malas. Huhu . So I pakai waterbased sunblock from Kaydean , tobat dhh muka bare tak pakai sunblock, takut premature aging. So now even duk rumah je i make sure pakai moisturizer n sunblock, both from Kaydean. So far so good kulit nampak supple. And i have another moisturizer. Body lotion pn from kaydean, i love the smell. And yup wajib pakai liptint waterbased. My lips tak sesuai pakai lipstick. Dok study pasal suplement. Nak beli pure vit c and study cara buat kunyit shot homemade, dosage etc

Kunyit shot or jamu assam kunyit tu make sure u tak kerap amalkan, coz kunyit can be drying to your veejayjay....
The better jamu is actually
1 cup ginger
1 cup garlic
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup madu
Blend everything, buleh tapis or taknak tapis also okay.. minum sesudu besar setiap ahri.. tak perlu masak pun.. just simpan dlm peti..
My husband mmg bg feedback, bila i amalkan jamu tu, mmg dalam pussy tu rasa tiptop panas nya... lg sedap bila dia experience lah.. jamu ni i dpt resipi dari my dear bidan yang jaga i berpantang.. mmg bidan ckp jamu tu utk buang angin, lancar blood circulation and reduce penyakit tiga serangkai |

Kawan2 perempuan iols mmg obses nak cantik and mostly 40s.. diorg beramai2 buat lazer kat aesthetic clinic kat pavilion.. diorang buat lazer ngn doc bertauliah yg operate kat prince court juga x silap i.. tp dia ada clinic kat 7th floor pavilion... mmg menjadikkkkk lah diorg repair kulit dgn lazer.. rm7k per package siap skin care set... lazer sekali dua je kot tp nak follow up tengah progress sbb tu jadi riban |

Berbaloi lah kan with every penny spent. Kitorang yg early 30s ni pun maybe bila dah jengah 40s boleh consider apa2 aesthetic treatment. Tapi i sayang duitt haha |
