Hi semua .............adakah anda sihat hari ini??

Dah breakfast ke?

Hari ni...mama breakfast dgn suun....tengah kemaruk makan suun plak aku ni..
Resepi sempoi je....Mesti ada bawang putih + bawang merah + halia + cili padi + ikan bilis + Mushroom Seasoning Granule ...tambah sayur kobis.Goreng gunakan sedikit aje minyak...
Perah limau kasturi...kasi masam2 . baru melatupssss.

Minum segelas Hazelnut White Coffee
Makan sebiji limau mendelin...

Kalau lapar.....sementara tunggu lunch.....makan le biskut2 kering Low Salt Hi Fibre
Minum air kosong banyak2...jugak green tea yang dah bancuh satu mug besar tu...

Plan utk lunch - Shake Herbalife aje.........Insya'Allah

haiya mama....i havent gone to get the stuff yet......need to find time to do that...probably this weekend......then can make some soup with it and take it for one normal meal

Baru tengok MHI pagi ini...

teruja tengok Azean Irdawaty...........sudah kurus lorr..

Pengorbanan paling BERAT adalah mengurangkan berat badan utk berlakon
dalam Datin Daries...........(betui ke tajuk citer tu...)

Dia punya dagu manyak luncing wooooooo....beza sungguh.

Menggunakan perkhidmatan pakar..bukan dari saloon!!



MORAL NYA - Semua perkara bukan mustahil..janji kita BERUSAHA lakukan...

Lepas aje tgk Azean tu....terus SEMANGAT MEMBARA .....

Pam sauna ......bersauna utk hari ini..
Memang dah malas bersenam.......kenalah bersauna..!!
Kalau semua pun malas............apalah nak jadi dgn aku ni:@:@


Bersauna selama 15 minit mampu membakar 400-600 kalori

Kita ni kena berikhtiar....macam mama...dah tahap ini...susah nak turun lagi..
walaupun BMI dah normal........tapi teringin sangat nak turun lagi..

Kalau dapat below 50kg........alangkah bahagia nya!! 48kg...ni pernah rasa masa awal pregnant...... Masa kawin...52kg..!!

bulan lepas mmg hancur..katenye nak diet detox segala..tp hampeh jer aku  nih...makin byk makan adala....last time check berat 56 -57 kg gituh...skali check semalam 60 kggggggg uuuu....adoiiii...1 bulan jer leh naik 3 kg(err,tp aku timbang afta mkn...aci ke tak?)..dah sebulan jugak aku benti working out sume...takde mase nak gi gym...jog plak takdak teman,member sejogging sume dah bz...
n today my Lord...i'm a piggggggggg !
afta cls td ade mkn2 tansri yg sponsored sempena cny...punyalah pelahap aku mkn kuey teaw goreng 1 pinggan,ayam goreng 2 keping,satay 6 -7 cucuk kot,sotong kangkong kongsi dua org,roasted lamb satu,otak2 3 kpg kot,rojak 1 pinggan,6 ketul pastries lain2 jenis,n buah2han.... ais kacang 1 mangkok...mkn dr pkul 4 lebey sampai kul 6 lebey..hahahahahaha..
buncittttt siottttt...harap2 takde food poisoning...
lg keji aku tapau byk2 kueh mueh n pastries n satay n kuey teaw...tp tu for my father laaa..hehe
nak kate sedap sgt tu tada laa...aku suke roasted lamb ngan kuey teaw dia jer...yg lain2 rase normal jer..byk tempat lain lg sedap kot....tp napsu...ya Allah..

so,aku ingat nak detox...nak wat juice..tp tade mesin dia...so detox minum air kosong ngan mkn buah2an kira ok tak?
pastu after detox nak start balik working out...tak sanggup tgk badan mengembang mcm belon dah...

me lak suke mkn junk food speshly nachos..kalau duk depan tv melahap dgn khusyuk gitu..

Mulut suka mengunyah memang bahaya....
walaupun kita nampak makanan tersebut sempoi je......tapi kalori dia kekadang tak pasti.

** macam anak sedara mama sendiri.....manjang kata nak kuruskan badan...tapi tgk tv......makan.....dlm bilik manjang ada menda2 ringan....dlm keter sambil drive pun makan....
