errmmm.......... well; I can say thank you as you do not say I as trying to brainwash you in islam...
as I heard from muslim friend that they can accept anything from anyculture or religion as long as they do no worship other god than Allah...... right??
well.... I lean about buddhism only about a year ago as unlike islam or christian that children are send to mosque or church.
Bear in mind.... what I am saying here is NO GOD..
( some muslim might accuse me of asking them not to believe allah.. I do not know what to say then....  )
recently, I read few article about seeing the "evil" in your mind....
It is type of meditation.... that you control and see the "evil" in your mind..... just sharing........ 
Limb 6 - Right or Perfect Effort
In Buddhism you need to make a conscious effort to develop and change. This involves work. This can be summed up by what is termed the Four Exertions:

This limb is the first of the Meditation aspect of the path. It is concerned with dealing with the distractions that prevent someone from achieving a state of Meditation. Buddhism states that we tend to have a level of basic distractedness. If we just try to shut our eyes for a moment or two, this will reveal this distracted state. Our mind will fill full of mental chatter.
This is summed up as the Five Hindrances - these are:

One of the most direct means to cultivate the opposite emotion or state of mind is through meditation. In Buddhism the word used for meditation practice is Bhavana (which means "making to become";). Meditation is a development of positive states of mind, states of clarity, awareness and relaxed concentration. Progress in meditation is marked by the attainment of the Dhyanas (S) Jhanas (P), which are termed higher states of consciousness.

my dear Wei Loon .. i got that msg very clear since page 1 i think .. u dont have to repeat it all the times to me .. it was them who didnt get the idea about God in Buddhisme .. 
u know .. sometimes it kind of bothering me to see when my fellow Moslem get too fanatics .. i dont think its a wise action .. instead of making ppl to like Islam .. it will only drive them away ..
but when it comes to religion .. it is always going to be a sensitive and complicated thing .. so its hard for me to say actually .. as me myself .. im not really a good Moslem as i dont study, understand and use Al Quran and Sunnah fully as my compass of life .. |

if you understand it, you will have overwhelming of joy...
if u do not use it with cleanse mind, you will have overwhelming suffering too

have you ever wonder deja vu? why sometime you have this feeling before??
reincarnation or rebirth... it is only a term... don`t get too into the word...
what buddha say is consciousness.......... have you ever wonder?? what is conscious??
imagine this... a cup with water inside... what do you have? a cup of tea
if the tea breaks... what do you have? a broken glass and water
then you take tower and wipe it.. what do you have?? still water....
it then dries.... what do you have?? water in vapour form....
it then condenses. what do you have? waer again into cup of tea.........

The self is seen to be made up of five factors and that these are ever changing. The new consciousness that emerges in the new rebirth is neither the same nor totally different from the previous one. It is best to see the self from the Buddhist perspective as a continuum, rather than something that is static and sharply defined.

The Three Marks of Existence
Buddhism has been described as a very pragmatic religion. It does not indulge in metaphysical speculation about first causes; there is no theology, no worship of a deity or deification of the Buddha. Buddhism takes a very straightforward look at our human condition; nothing is based on wishful thinking, at all. Everything that the Buddha taught was based on his own observation of the way things are. Everything that he taught can be verified by our own observation of the way things are. If we look at our life, very simply, in a straightforward way, we see that it is marked with frustration and pain. This is because we attempt to secure our relationship with the "world out there", by solidifying our experiences in some concrete way. For example, we might have dinner with someone we admire very much, everything goes just right, and when we get home later we begin to fantasise about all the things we can do with our new-found friend, places we can go etc. We are going through the process of trying to cement our relationship. Perhaps, the next time we see our friend, she/he has a headache and is curt with us; we feel snubbed, hurt, all our plans go out the window. The problem is that the "world out there" is constantly changing, everything is impermanent and it is impossible to make a permanent relationship with anything, at all. If we examine the notion of impermanence closely and honestly, we see that it is all-pervading, everything is marked by impermanence. We might posit an eternal consciousness principle, or higher self, but if we examine our consciousness closely we see that it is made up of temporary mental processes and events. We see that our "higher self" is speculative at best and imaginary to begin with. We have invented the idea to secure ourselves, to cement our relationship, once again. Because of this we feel uneasy and anxious, even at the best of times. It is only when we completely abandon clinging that we feel any relief from our queasiness. These three things: pain, impermanence and egolessness are known as the three marks of existence.
The Self
What is unique about Buddhism, however, compared to other religions is that it argues that there is no such thing as a permanent self. If this is the case how can the self that I regard as me continue its existence in a new rebirth? Buddhism does not deny the existence of a self as such, what it does deny is the existence of a permanent self that transmigrates from one existence to the next like someone getting out of one cab and entering another. have you ever wonder why you are conscious???

how human forever stuck with misery, pain, hate, anger etc........
we never give up and therefore we will forever stuck.........
Siddarta symbolize this rat race as the snake chasing the chicken the chicken chasing the pig and the pig chasing the snake
the snake show desire.. desire for truth, superiority....it do now know what chase it is chasing and it lead the scared chicken which do no know that an ignorant pig is chasing it....
the pig symbolize ignorant.. it do not know what it is chasing and do not know what is being chased
the chicken.. it is scared as it is being chased by the pic, the chicken do not want to be as ignorant as the pig...
and therefore it is blinded and chase the snake as the snake is considered superior as it chase with its desire....
and back to the top... you are lost as you desire the truth.....
there are no truth and there are no fake......
you see how ignorant people are being symbolize with the three animal?

it does not matter as long as the snake symbolize lust; desire greed
the pig symbolzie ignorance
the chicken symbolize despair; desperation and dread

this three animals symbolize ALL the pain and suffering of human.....
let me give you an example....

the snake eager and greed for money....
the money is like pig.... ignorant and nothing....
the money is used to chase those who are afraid to lose money and he will forever haunted by money...
those who was chased by money are scare and desperate... so??
he follow the snake back as the snake has money and he is considered as role model to those who are afraid of losing...

you cant live in poverty and you cant live like bill gate ( you think bill gate has no worries???)
again.... basically... to aboid suffering; you need to think and act beyond the three animal....
IF you succeded; you will have overwhelming of joy..

pun ada lagenda cakap yang Siddarta itu nabi yang dihantar oleh tuhan....

tetapi kenapa manusia yang asingkan?
Buddhism adalah 1000 tahun sebelum islam dan apa yang di ajar oleh siddarta itu tak la selengkap quran..
buddhism cuma tentang bebas dari kesengsaraan hidup...yang manusia tak boleh boleh lepas.... sebab manusia ada nafsu

kenapa mereka boleh sengsara? sebab manusia(kau dan saya) masih berkelakuan seperti tiga binatang seperti gambar itu
kita ada nafsu.. dan nafsu bawa ke takut hilang dan takut hilang bawa ke tipu dan tipu bawa ke benci yang nak ambil ....
kedua adalah ketidak-abadian.......
kau lihat apa yang ada di dunia ini.. kau; aku; semua manusia di dunia hari ini......
100 tahun selepas hari ini... semua kita akan mati... ini adalah ketidak-abadian manusia......
ketiga adalah... ketidak-adaan kita.......
1. consciousness,
kau tak siapa kau? dunia ini nyata? atau maya?
2. feelings,
3. mental formations (including volition),
4. perception
5. corporeality (the body)
lihat lima benda di atas..... seperti saya cakap "buddha" maksud yang telah bangun....
bangun dan tak ada nafsu tentang kelima lima benda tersebut.....
Kita semua hidup dalam dunia maya sekarang.. kita masih wujud sebab kita ada nafsu nak hidup dalam dunia ini...
dari pandangan saya... saya rasa ada kesamaan dengan islam dan christian......
kita tak boleh terlalu obssess dengan dunia ini dengan perasaan kita dan kita perlu "bangun"
bila kau telah "bangun", kau boleh capai enlightenment dan dunia itu tak ada permulaan; tak ada akhirta dan lain lain.... semua tak ada...sebab kau telah hilangkan semua nafsu kau.......
cuba lihat benda yang siddarta cakap.... apa pun tak ada.... cuma ada kau dan tuhan....
dia tak pernah cakap sana ada atau tak ada tuhan....
bukankah itu macam quran?
allah itu tak ada bentuk; tak ada warna dll??
rebirth..... islam dan christian akan bantah.. sebab mereka ingat mereka manusia dan lebih hebat dari binatang.
sebenarnya, manusia secare fizikal sama dengan binatang. kita lebih hebat sebab kita tau kesedaran kita.
binatang tak tau.. kalau biar kau di hutan. tak ada makanan... kau boleh janji tak akan macam binatang makan; tidor?
roh manusia di buat tuhan... dan tak mungkin allah buat roh muslim; jesus buat roh christian kan?
cuma tuhan satu sahaja....
jumlah manusia semakin bertambah... tuhan ada selalu buat roh roh ini ke? kalau camtu tuhan kene la OT sebab ada banyak orang lahirkan anak sekarang...
binatang pun ada roh.. cuma mereka tak tau kesedaran mereka. binatang tau sakit; tau takut; tau sejuk...
cuma tak ada akal.....

We in this life.... we suffer....... SIMPLY because we desire... we wish.........
Death.... something that all of us must face... but people do not wish do die...
they give high hope that they`ll live forever...
it is this high hope that make them scare of losing it.. when they scare; they`ll hate those who wants to tell them the truth..
that is unsatisfactories...... It applied to all the desire in our life.......
today. you met a girl.... in the night... you imagine tomorrow that you`ll go out; catch a movie.....
You can plan... But it is HOPING that makes you feel pain.... we do not know what tomorrow bears.....
IF tomorrow rain or your car broke down..... you`ll feel disappointed because your plan is ruin...
But frankly..... to spend quality time with your love one is not going out; catch a movie etc... it is enjoying doing things together.. be it hiking; swimming etc.........
read my post previously that got 3 animals that keep chasing each other............. pig; snake; chicken...
that is the race of ignorance; greed and fear......... you do not see beyond that race; you`ll forever stuck there.....

Not to suffer.... You MUST not wish and desire the WRONG thing......
there are plethoric things in this world and buddhism is unable to list them one by one....
therefore... Eightfold path....Once you live your life with right.. you will feel less painful.....
people scold you.... you feel angry and wants to revenge back....
anger is painful.... revenge is painful as well....
instead of hate; revenge.. why not improve yourself, enhance yourself mentally???

Unlike islam and christian...... we do not go to heaven by worshipping God...
God send all of us his teaching and it is us that we need to "wake" ourself.......
it is a hard.. hard way....
We committed sin.... we kill; we rape.... our sin do not wash away by accepting christ (as many christian claim)
the sins are with us as long as we are in this world...Karma.....
God did not punish you in this life.. but you get back what you commit
You lie.... you create 10 more lies to cover that one lie.. the more lie you make the painful and the more fear you feel
fear that people uncover the truth that you are a liar....
people claim monks are pathetic.. But hey... we live like that since 1000 years ago...
modern tech makes your life easier... NOT superior....
Have you ever wonder why Buddhist monks always live in poverty?
because they want to eliminate all the desires that our life has... YES...
You as a muslim or christian see the life of the monks are pathetic...
But do you know that they are 1000% happier than us?
they has no material possession and they fear not to lose them...
It is to has Zero desire..... you will have no desire to live in this world....
It might sound absurd but the monks can detach their soul from their body and put it back in.....
It is shown in the west movie....
the buddhist monks in india could meditate till levitate themself....
the west claim it is voodoo....
But it is the level of awakening.... you are so deep in yourmind when you concentrate....
When you reach the deepest.. you can do anything.... fly, jump 10 metres....
the monks they can read our mind.... they see beyond our human suffering....
they are like priest in christians.....
But what non buddhist might see is that monks beg for money, sell thing.....
ONE THING.. they are NOT monks.. they are syndicate that cheat money by using the name of religion
I want to donate money.. BUT definately not to them... they might be gansterism...
they might use my money for drugs; prostitution etc
These peoples exist everywhere
Even in islam...
I went back to Terengganu by bus... I looks like malay.. there was this so called... "haji"
he gave cards of quran words of safe journey to all the malays.. he even gave to me thinkin i am malay
he then ask Rm2 from people as claming that it is blessing from god.. and curse those who do not pay...
Even me.. scold me as Kafir as take his card.....

God`s blessing are measurable with MONEY????
you see how people use the name of religion to earn money? sad......

wow...bleh perangkap roh org yg dah meninggal utk buat magic..
erm...so kalau org gunakan roh tu untuk buat jahat org lain...
so saper yg akan suffer..

kalau roh tu tolong buat jahat 1000x..so dia akan suffer 1000x ker?
kalau roh tau dia suffer byk kali di kelahiran yg akan dtg..
maybe dia akan jd roh yg baik..
jd roh tu masih kompius lagi lah kan...
