Awwhhh....that's so typical. Pd aku, kalau ragu2 bab spareparts dll better go for Jap cars....
Hakikatnya, as a matter of fact, in fact, faktanya, FYI, bab spareparts toksah risau....bukan kita nak beli keter lama berkurun yg mmg susah cari spareparts. Spareparts ade di SC (Service Centre). Kalau ade sbrg problem bleh gi claim kat Ford SC selagimana ada warranty, sume spareparts ade di sana...cuma ade yg perlu di'order...tu je. You know what, pertanyaan yg ditanyakan td adalah FAQ Malaysians when it comes to European cars / conti cars. WORRY NOT.
Mark my words, bab spareparts pasti ade...murah ke mahal kalau rosak dlm time warranty, FOC ditukar....kalau rosak sbb kecuaian sendiri, brand conti mahupun Jap mahupun local car, sume kene tanggung sendiri...

Dah rasa semua.. masa bujang beli keta saga, then lepas hilang tukar perodua myvi.
My hubby from satria, then tukar honda city... puas hati juga drive city ni,.. masa tu takat tu jelah kemampuan..
Now dah better off sikit.. tukar from honda city kpd ford focus titanium.. memang best... komen PitMie tu sgt tepat... you takkan regret beli..
Even now Helang tgh consider nk tukar myvi kpd ford fiesta titanium yg baru tu.. tapi masih open kpd option sama ada VW Polo, Mazda3 or Peugeot 308. Kena ada juga kereta kecik utk kegunaan solo ( ford focus utk jln2 satu family ). Tu yg nk tukar myvi pada same car segment. |

yeah true...if u really can afford continental, best thing is to enjoy your ride, no need to compare much...all cars ada advantages sendiri..but nowadays good to join car forum to know where to maintain and service the car, buying cheap spare parts etc |

tapi mileage dah 200k... bila test drive macam best je.. mechanic pun dah tengok & recommend.. |

there is always a debate on whether to choose conti, japs or local...sebenarnya is not about choice, but rather a few points:
1. durability
2. sustainability
3. preferences
cuba kita tengok local cars i.e. Perodua dan Proton bagi Malaysia, actually kedua-dua brand ni more towards entry level...maksudnya kpd mereka2 yg mula keluar dari varsiti yg baru nak bekerja...so this 2 brands akan menjadi choice mereka
lepas keje 5-6 tahun, baru lah boleh upgrade kpd japs cars i.e. honda, toyota...
10-15 tahun keje, baru lah dok pikir nak beli conti...
from my opinion, aku lebih suka pakai kereta yg problem free atau sekurang-kurangnya less maintenance, so japs cars menjadi pilihan seperti honda dan toyota...
kereta conti ni kurang tahan lasak dan agak manja berbanding japs car...
bagi aku, kereta perlu di tukar setiap 10 tahun...itu lebih baik... |

Kereta harian elok pakai local atau japs sebab kos mantain tak berapa tinggi.
Kereta conti untuk hujung minggu atau balik kampung jek sebab sekali buat hal, rabak poket....
Apapun, terpulang kepada kemampuan memasing.... |
