lina...i ingat nak buat at least 30km this weekend....tapi tak berjaya lah....semlm 21km, pagi nie dpt 4km jer....on weekdays i tak bole jalan lama....paling jauh 5km jer lah....psl tu on weekend i nak jalan lebih skit....petang nie tak dpt nak gi jalan2 psl kaki tambah sakit....

  kasut yg midori pakai tak sesuai kot .. mungkin tapaknya x sesuai.. tu yg tapak kaki sakit bila jalan terlalu lama...x pe midori sikit2.. 5km sehari tu ok dh tu.. mungkin lepas stamina dah meningkat.. dlm satu masa boleh naik lebiih dari 5km jalannya..

apa kata lepas jln lama2 tu.. rendam kaki dlm air suam2.. kasi relex kaki dan tapak kaki.. bg regangan dgn cara yg lembut..

lina....i guna kasut baru....Nike....pagi i buat 10 round non-stop.....petang lps 5 round i break 10 mins, pastu smbg smp another 5 round, abis 5 round kaki sakit.....since i nak do 20k steps, i tanggal kasut....jalan pakai stokin jer satu round....

I guna kasut kat link nie....adakah tak sesuai erk?

lina x arif sgt hal kasut ni.. tp spec kasut ni sesuai utk jln kn.. kira ok la... mungkin kaki sakit sbb jln terlalu lama rasanya...

jgn mkn bawah dari nilai BMR... BMR ialah kalori y dipakai oleh badan masa kita dlm keadaan rehat...kiranya kalori y diperlukan oleh organ2 badan kita agar badan kita boleh berfungsi secara optimum....
sbb tu kena exercise agar kita leh mkn lebih tanpa naik berat..so sbb midori buat senaman ambik la nilai kalori 3-5x per week..sbb midori senam kuat..hehehe.. kalau kita kita mkn lebih dari kalori diperlukan kita akan tambah berat..kalau mkn kurang kita akan turun berat..asalkan jgn mkn bawah BMR sudah..hehehe

    yes.. jika makan terlalu sikit, body akan masuk emergency mode.. bila masuk mode tu, body akan retain lemak..

   nak mencari kasut y sesuai nie mcm mencari jodoh...
dpt y tak sesuai memang sakit kaki..

dpt y sesuai selesa yahamat, peh tu kita pun rasa syg kt dia..hehe...

syik skrg nie berminat sgn dgn kasut Vibram.. kasut nie direka ikut prinsip barefoot ..memang direka ikut bentuk kaki kita...
ramai gak la pakar fitness luar negara dah beralih menggunakan Vibram..
tp mahal..kalau ada duit nak gak beli nanti..hehehe..
