those yg cepat on 7.3 very lucky including myself ....but now letih check site bila nak ok utk book for my sis.

Have called and dh dapat booking over the phone. Basically there are 4 flights Kch and KL (KLIA)
...
i dah dapat promo rate up to July.
dah dapat confirmation emel pun dari Malindo.
how come that mamat cakap up to April only???

laaaaa yeke...tadi budak opis I pon ada call Malindo sebab teruja dengar I dapat tiket murah untuk cuti sekolah Mac ni, deols pon dapat info rm38 tu for March and April je.

Dapat 2 booking confirmation document under same name from Malindo.
Mula-mula try haritu, error! Bila called and cakap please refund rupanya seminggu lepas tu, die process.
Dah sampai 2 nama pulak ke Kuching. Now tgh communicate dengan orang IT and Finance.
Sampai mamat Malindo cakap, company baru...Banyak technical error |

sarah.....i ada call jugak Malindo tadi coz ada 2 confirm booking for the same person on the same date.
then i clarify pasal promo sekarang.
thru phone memang confirm only up to April.
so i'm among the luckiest yg dapat beli thru internet on 7 march coz that time the promo fare is until July.

britney......case kita sama hari tu.
mula beli failed. beli semula dan confirmed.
semalam terima confirmation emel yg 'failed' tu.
petang tadi call Malindo.....staff tu akan forward ke releven section dan akan contact dalam masa 1 minggu.
I tak kisah kalau betul2 failed hari tu sebab dah ada yg confirm for my father dn BIL.

Kak Dee, ha itulah...Dah seminggu lebih baru dapat confirmation...Pelik jugak kan. So skrg memang dah contact orang bagitahu nak cancel yang failed tu. And proceed with current booking aje. Manalah tahu kalau die cancel dua-dua...Dah verangan nak ke Kuching ni

baru je booking thru phone for flight raya, rm138 per way. Okay lah dah sume masuk. Ada 4 org so total 60 kg return...haruslah mengangkut segala benda nanti
Ada sapa2 book flight raya esp Kuching dapat lagi murah ke? Dah tanya, CS tu kata pakai rate lain for raya

Sebab yang first refund tu kan, dalam masa 1 jam je saya dah dapat balik duit. Same amount.
takpe mungkin sebab ramai yang ada masalah sama. So bersabarlah kita
