Dulu time pulun diet mmg aku tulis dalam buku   sekarang aku dah hapal semua kalori2 tu congak je dalam kepala n diet pon relaks2 sikit sbb dah tak overweight.hee

Nana pon diet kalori kan. Tahtah nn pon ade buku

Sbb dah 4 tahun wey aku diet aku ade mse stop diet atas sbb2 tertentu.. Pastu smbung balik. Paling gigih sambung diet time start minat nn. Termotivated pulak nmpk org kurus nk kurus jugak . Kalau aku tak on off diet msti tak sampai setahun pon dah boleh kurus agaknya..hee. cc san

Kalau ko jenis yg wajib kena makan nasi sesuai la diet kalori ni. Kalau tak kisah nasi boleh diet atkin. Haha citer psl diet pulak dah .

Ha lupa ade apps. Dulu guna hp pon nokia window phone. Apps pon tah pape

Hehe mende ni kena konsisten kan. N disiplin. Motivated aku rasa tengok orang2 macam ni. Pastu susah pulak nak maintain tu huhu.

Aku pasal berat tak risau sangat. Nak fit tu susah hati. Naik bukit 5 minit pun mengah dah  

Atkin yang cepat gyler turun berat kan? Tak bahaya ke?

*sorry sr/jau harini kita belajar pasal diet

Yup disiplin penting. Aku lg la sejenis suka ayam. Ssh btol nk kurangkan makan ayam time diet dulu tp syukur gak la wpon 4 tahun dpt gak kurus . dulu aku ingtkan impossible..tp aku ni jenis rangka besar so mmg nak kena diet lagi sbnrnya.haha

Eh lupa. Reid mmg kurus. Siap boleh pakai kebaya kan pg dinner nak fit kena exercise la kot reid. Aku pon diet ni tak exercise. Dok angkut dumbell je yg 2.5kg tu
.

Atkin tu aku tak berkenan sbb bagi aku mcm tak sihat makan protein je. Tak seimbang. Ada baca gak katanya tak elok untuk buah pinggang. Tak taw la btol ke tak. Aku tau bnyk psl diet kalori je..hehe..

Maap la terpanjang pulak tulis. Aku kalau bab diet aku eksaited terlebih .
