thanks chuols for de explanation... normally, 2nd autopsy ni siapa yg perform - the same coroner/medical examiner OR 3rd party forensic pathologist hired by keluarga arwah or attorneys etc.?
harap doa kita semua termakbul, keadilan akan terbukti, pembunuh akan dihukum sewajarnya, tak kira lah the wife, the step sons or the inlaws..
jgn kes ni diadili oleh judge yg terlebih sporting (mcm kes babysitter sumbat cabai hijau tu) sudehhhh..

I see, so the procedures lebih kurang sama mcm dlm US crime dramas yg I watched.. the need to exhume is suggested by investigators, with consent from deceased's family, with approval from district judge etc..
yes, kes ni mmg menarik & heart-wrenching.. byk plot twists dari mula, maybe more to come.. tak sabar tunggu kesudahan kes ni, adakah ia 1st degree murder, 2nd degree murder atau involuntary manslaughter. Harap tak berlarutan mcm kes arwah Zulfarhan UPNM tu.
if the step sons tu yg didakwa, adakah mereka akan dibicarakan as adult due to nature of the crime?

Dah serupe drama tamil bakar gune petrol, semue kluarga tamil terbabit, susah kalau ade keturunan daun curry ni, bunuh pun mmg kejam tamil gile, mcm kes sosilawati tu kene belasah sampai mati bakar mayat sampai jd abu buang dlm sungai..kalu melayu betul bunuh2 hantar pelesit santau je habis mcm tu je |

Cradle Fund CEO's brother says post-mortem report way off
PETALING JAYA: The elder brother of Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan felt something was not right with the findings of the first post-mortem.
Dr Malek Hassan, who requested for Nazrin’s remains be exhumed for a second post-mortem, said the cause of death as stated was way off.
“I was told the cause of death was due to phone blast. I am a medical doctor with 30 years of experience and I felt the cause of death is not right,” he said yesterday.
Dr Malek lodge a police report requesting for a second post-mortem on Sept 24.
The second post-mortem is scheduled for Oct 8.
Several of Nazrin’s family members were present at the court on Monday.
Nazrin, who died in a fire at his home on June 14, was found with 30% burns to his body at the upper floor of his double-storey house.
The police had reclassified the case as murder following a forensic investigation by the Fire and Rescue Department.
Several people have since been remanded and released in the murder investigation, including Nazrin’s wife and her ex-husband, a married couple related to his widow, and two teenagers.
