rindunye dgn kawan2 kat sini... cuti sek da bermula, maka start la kenduri kawin sana sini.
kenalah jaga & kawal nafsu makan (peringatan utk diri sndiri sebenarnya).
so, sy apply same method yg sy guna masa musim raya, AIR KOSONG, AIR KOSONG & AIR KOSONG... before leave d hse minum air kosong, sama juga semasa dlm prjalanan da sebelum makan. klu ada hidangan buah, makanlah buah2an dulu kemudian nasi... ikut sunah nabi
hadkan pengambilan nasi.

ye agaknya.. sbb WLC ni free je join tak perlu komitmen, tu agaknya ramai yg tak update.. klu join kena byr yuran rm50 ke, ha mesti tak tinggal update hehe..

actually its quite normal klu ada pertandingan n ada yg drop out.. ianya mmg sudah dijangka nuralisa huhuhu..


xpela, saya dah bagi chance utk yg tak update 2 kali tu smpai ahad ni, klu tak update, saya akan drop nama..


yang peserta baru pun ada yg tak update minggu ni.. hmm hari tu nk join dah janji nk update.. well what to do, tak dpt nak paksa org utk update.. the show must goes on

syik, sorry bru ni sempat nk reply, the fees is rm109 p.m tp i byr utk whole year so dpt rm98 p.m
tp this mth mmg my work out hancusssss.............. keja menimbun + out station lagi

hi rose, lama tk msuk sini, i kena start baca frm page 84, gigih bersekang mata, nasib baik esk x keja.
i join yg kat kota damansara.. actually kat rumah ada gak alat2 excersice ni, tp xde displin, tp bila da signed up gym ni, klu tk pegi rasa syg plak coz kita da bayar. but once da join mmg seronok, klu nmpak result bertambah la seronok

hi din, kat gym i mmg ada routine 1,2,5,6,8 tu... kalau yg push up or kena baring2 tu, trpulang pada individu klu nk buat bleh cari space lain. tp routine yg i mentioned tu mmg kitaorg buat during circuit excersice.

akhirnya khatam jugak baca dri page 84
syik, tq so much, byk info2 yg brguna, gmbar2 menarik pembakar semangat.
En.Din, tq jugak ambil inisiatif buat WLC, guide kitaorg n yg paling penting bg motivasi n kata2 semangat kat kitaorg supaya tk give up.
kwn2 lain tu rajin2 la update ye, kita bersaing secara sihat. mana2 yg tak tau bleh tya kat sini, mana2 yg dah tau tu share2 la info kat sini..

kpada sesiapa yg bru nak berjinak2 ber exercise dan kpada sesiapa yg tk berkesempatan utk gi gym, bleh la cuba EXERCISE WITH TAMMY. Bleh google for the video. dia ada specific exercise for butt & legs, arms wkout, abs workout... mmg fun

pagi tadi dh timbang... berat turun 82.2kg dari y asal 82.6kg...

syik selalunya waktu dinner y hancus... smlm utk hari y kedua dinner mkn cereal + susu HL+ epal... kak ipar goreng nugget ayam, nampak sedap..tapi tahan jer nafsu...

pagi nie buat JM 30 Days Shread Level 1 dgn dumbel 4lbs

   betul tu mr din...usaha y mr din buat WLC, cukup murni.....

kepada y drop out tu mayb dorg ada alasan sendiri...


terpulang la pd individu masing2..jikalau mereka drop out mereka y rugi..mr din tak rugi apa2....

nway din tima kace daun keladi yer...
