After a long period of good food...
Now is the time to go on a Detoxic program.
I found out this product, which is a 6 day program.
It is convenience for OL like me, and it also got slimming effect (wait I try and c how...)
The other reason I would try this is the taste of the juice is very nice. It is plum flavour.

Istarted the program on the very first day this product was purchasedand the amazing result showed in 2 hours. You can't imagine my reactionwhen I saw the amount of waste excreted from my body! All I candescribe is that I think it could have easily weighed about 1KG Sorry, no pictures as I didn't bring my camera along. Haha.
Therest of the 5 days were okay. The results weren't as much as on thefirst day but I didn't have any problems going to the loo.
