KEK COKELAT PISANG
Bahan2:
A: masukkan semua bahan A n lecek sekali
5 biji pisang masak
1/2 cwn gula merah lembut
1/2 cwn gula kastor
1 sk esen pisang/vanila/buttermilk
secubit garam halus
B:ayak sekali
2 3/4 cwn tpg gandum- kalu pisang agak besar, dlm 3 cwn tpg..agak2 la ye
1 sk baking powder
1 sk bikarbonat soda
1/2 cwn serbuk koko
C:
2 bj telur - dipukul sebentar
1 cwn susu creamer manis
1 cwn minyak jagung
1 cwn air panas
Caranya:
Dgn menggunakan senduk nasi atau spatula.. masukkan telur yg dah dipukul sebentar ke dalam mangkuk yg mengandungi bahan2 A. Kacau rata. Pastu masuk susu n minyak. Gaul sebentar. Masukkan sket bahan B. Kacau rata. Masuk lebihan tpg n air panas berselang-seli sehingga habis. Tak perlu kacau lama2.
Masuk adunan ke dalam loyang yg telah dialas dulu n bakar 170c lebih kurang 1 jam atau sehingga masak. Ikut oven masing2...
Ianya moist selepas dibiarkan sehari..

kek pisang resepi chef anuar tu sedap...lembut sangat... tapi so far leen guna pisang berangan... tak pernah try pisang lain...

Chocolate Banana Cake
taken from Womansday Magazine.
150g butter, chopped
1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup mashed banana (3 medium bananas)
100g milk chocolate, grated
3/4 cup milk
FROSTING
200g dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 sour cream
15g butter
3/4 pure icing sugar
1. preheat oven to moderate, 180. ligthly grease and line a 22cm round cake pan.
2. pakai mixer, beat butter and sugar together until creamy. add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. fold in flour, followed by banana, chocolate and milk. spread into pan.
4. bake for 55-60mins
Frosting
combine chocolate, sour cream and butter together in a saucepan. stir over a low heat until smooth. then mix in icing sugar until combined. then spread over on the cooled cake.

saya cuba buat kek pisang guna resepi ni. menjadi. tapi dlm instruction tu kata bakar 150C @ 50minit, saya ikut exactly, rupanya terlebih bakar. saya rasa next time kalau saya buat lagi, saya akan kurangkan masa jadi 30 minit je.
tadi saya cuba pulak resepi EASTERLANE , kat page 9 (kek pisang simple). saya memang nak cari resepi yang senang. saya ikut resepi exactly. dan menjadi juga, kali ni saya bakar 30 minit @ 150C. resepi ni memang senang lagipun saya memang nak cari resepi tak gunakan telur, tapi cuma minyak 1 cawan tu agak banyak, rasanya kalau saya buat lagi next time, saya akan kurangkan jadi 3/4 cawan je.

Banana Sour Cream Cake With Chocolate Frosting
125g Butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup sour cream
2 cups self-raisng flour
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
sajer tambah 1/2 cup walnuts
Chocolate Frosting
125g cream cheese
30g butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
60g dark chocolate, melted.
Method:
1. Grease a dp 20cm round cake pane, line base with paper; grease paper
2. Cream butter, essence and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beat until combined.
4. Stir in half the banana with half the sour cream and dry ingredients, then stir in remaining banana, sour cream and dry ingredients.
5. spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderate oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
6. Spread cold cake with frosting.
Chocolate Frosting
1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually beat in half the sifted icing sugar, cooled chocolate, then remaining icing sugar. Beat until thick.

ni kek pisang sue
sebelum masuk oven
lepas kuar oven
ni plak dah potong
resepi:
150g pisnag dilecek (sue guna 4 biji pisang emas)
180g tepung gandum
180g gula icing
3 bj telur
120ml minyak masak (sue guna minyak jagung)
1 sudu telh ovalette
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
secubit garam
cara:
campur jer semua bahan ke dalam mixer dan putar hingga sebati dan nampak putih. masukkan ke dalam loyang dan bakar.pastikan adunan 1/2 daripada loyang kerana kek akan naik sekali ganda. |
