Anak2 tengah kuat makan Kak Noor , kadang2 kesian juga takut dia letih.  Tapi alhamdullilah, syukur sesangat ada yang membantu bila sedang bekerja.  Tapi memang betul Kak Noor, kita yang tak makan kalau bau masakan je badan boleh naik :stp: tak tahu kenapa. Ngeri bial tengok timbang tu asik kekanan je.. kalau kekiri kan best

Haa tu la tengok cam Kak Noor masak telur asing lepas tu kasi letak atas mee ishhh tak boleh jadi tengok telur tu geram tul :cak:

betul2..kalau dah badan nak naik..ketawa pun boleh naik 200 g hehehee

a'ah telur tuh kak Noor didihkan air dlm puyuk kecik...dah mendidih kak Noor kacau air tuh biar berpusar2 baru pecahkan telur dlmnya..nanti telur tu elok je jd bulat..dan jgn sampai keras cepat2 angkat dgn senduk berlubang..

semlm try buat mee rebus resipi diana....sedapnyaaaaa.....1st time buat mee rebus....hubby pun kata sedap.....selalu bila beli pun rasa tak sesedap resipi diana....ada ambik gambo, tapi silap plak bwk disket ari nih.......
sikecik pun suka makan

FISH BALL NOODLE SOUP
resepi dari buku chef wan

300 gm rice vermicelli
water
10 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup anchovies, wash and cleaned
4 tbsp preserved radish
1 tsp white pepper
30 fish ball

4 tbsp light soya sauce]
chilli sliced thinly           ] combined

garnish
1 stalk spring onions chopped
2 fish cakes, sliced
few strips of fried beancurd
ini long tambah..sawi, sotong ball apa2 suka.

1. soak the rice vermicelli in cold water. scald well and drain. ( ini long rebus kejap ngan air panas)
2. put the chicken stock, anchovies, preserved radish and pepper in a large pot and bring the mixture to the boil then let it simmer for 20 minutes. add water when necessary (yg ni long tambahkan bawang putih dan halia pas tu tapis dapat kuah yg jernih)
3. drop the fish balls into the soup and continue to simmer till the fish balls float
4. dish out the vermicelli into individual bowls. add the garnish and pour the hot soup over the vermicelli. makan ngan cili + kicap.....
