tapi jenis cepat buhsan buat yg sama
tue cari mcm2 workout baru...hehe

nak tanya pakar ..cik CT kita ni..

kalau jogging 1 round padang jarak 0.45km dalam masa 00:03:37 dan energy 32.3kCal pace avg 8.06min/km...ok tak...
tapi bukan 1 round jer...saya buat 4 atau 5 round...

petang tadi exercise sampai semput rasanya...
dah bertahun2 tak turun padang main bolajaring...
dengan sikit je warm-up dan sikit streching tereh turun padang...
tengoh main naik pening ngan nak muntoh...
wabe bete....sib baik kome tak pengsan...
kalo dok jenoh pulok deme berkalo ke kome ...

yang beh nya...malam bedei pulok nasik goreng 2 pinggan..
gone tu?????????
