i pernah pakai dulu...oklah tapi ribu riban .....wa pakai samapi koyak....for me membazir jer...la ni pakai yg tak brp mahai nyer...sama jer....kdg2 pakai laa....kalu baju jarang....actually tak suker pakai tu yg nak slim kaw kaw nie...tak yah nak cover2 lemax dgn corsett ni....bukan leh maintain pun ...tp membantu ler sikit...tp kalu u lama tak pakai...siap nak perut pun kuar....but its up to ulaa..ur money...think wise.... |

mmg ler sodap tp mlm ni wa kena balas balik dgn skipping+ jogging...up sikitlaa... makan mmg sedap tapi nak mecover tu yg tak sedap....tapi wa suker lepas exercise peluh mencurah2....sejuk jer rasa..... |

boleh ler try kot....sbb poser mesti nak nasi punyer......maybe buker makan ala kadar...sahur tu penting...kalu tak badan lemah.....member wa lagi best bulan poser ajak gym.....dia pun nakkurus before raya.....aku dok cakap dlm ati biaq betoi...tp nak gak try......belum cuba lum tau |

agaknya definition dia gemuk kurus tu lain kot. me ada 2 kg lagi je nak aim ni. tadi buat check kat gym..bmi 21.2, body fat 30% kot!( ), hydration 50%. the gym lady tu kata kena byk buat weights...kasik build muscles. |

tapi betul la..kalau rajin eksesais....meman gleh kurus..
ada kakak tue dia jogging hari hari..
portion makan dia sama gak cam dia makan sebelum dia aktif jogging
dalam masa sebulan....memang berat dia turun
tapi bila dah aktif sukan nieh
once stop memang mencanak badan naik....
happen to me uwaa masa bujang2 rajin main netball aper seme
rasa la kurus
lepas tueeee stop kawin mencanak2 badan naik.. |

G5 ni utk reduce body fat gak..die mcm workout machine.
high speed n rolling patu golekkan kat badan.
utk soften n buang lemak.
mmg bekesan tau..skali gune dah rs mcm firm sket perut. |
