i dah start la diet ni.. best gakkan..
kira nye boleh ikut la coz boleh ambil nasi..
bermula la azam baru ni..
bf tadi.. ambil apple sebiji
lunch nasi + vege
dinner.. ingat nak makan ayam bakar la..+ sayur

yela.. nak tanya sikit kenapa lepas makan x leh nak minum air..

air tak boleh minum with main meals or before 3 hrs because the water will dilute the digestive juices that are essential for the digestion of the  food. when the digstive juices are diluted....it will take a longer time for the food to be digested. and nanti the food to just berendam tak boleh nak didigest...it will ferment (macam tapai tu) and it will cause toxicity to the system. jadi the energy that is actually needed to burn ur excess fat is actually spent just to digest the food that is mixed with water. tu yg lepas makan macam lemah and lethargic je. kita jadi ngantuk. sebab badan kita penat nak menghadamkan food aje...a waste of energy really!

jom la share menu kat sini. mana satu agak-agak bleh dimakan.. ni satu saya pinjam dari board FOOD N RECIPES.. ehsan dari mod NoorMasri.. agak2 yela ok kan ni? boleh makan dengan salad. camni nanti bleh dapat idea apa nak makan.

CURRIED ROAST POTATOES



Bahan-bahan guna kentang, cili kering, bawang putih, biji sawi, kunyit serbuk, biji ketumbar, jintan putih, minyak masak, garam.

wahhh...ni dah bagus, awak! yg ni sesuai makan for lunch ...served with fresh salad..cun sangat rasanya! in the FFL book ada berbagai recipes, but mat salleh nya la. siapa yg ada buku tu, bleh tolong i rajin2 la type the recipes here!

tuh la pasal. baru ingat nak try. hmmmm.. yummy..

tadi surf board recipe, tetiba teringat resipi-resipi yang sesuai bleh dikongsi kat sini. ada banyak kat sana, korang pandai-pandai la carik. jangan tergoda menu yang dilarang udah la. hehe. sana banyak godaan tau. tapi seminggu sekali takpe kot kan? :bgrin:

ini contoh untuk idea salad kak lieza..



ni takyah letak mayonis pun ok.. campur buah-buah lain, tembikai merah ke, tembikai susu ke, nampak cantik sket. tambah selera..

i bila weekend, i let go! pasal hubby ajak makan sana-sini la..or relatives ajak makan kat rumah they all. or rasa nak masak special ke. or kawan2 ajak keluar la. but berpada2 la..so tak la rosak yg one week kita berusaha tu! may be one meal je rosak, not all 3...if u know what i mean.

weekend memang. macam-macam dugaan. abang kalau balik macam-macam la dibawaknya. kadang kita rasa tak nak makan sangat, tapi karang kecik ati. makan la jugak. hehe.. selalunya meal yang "punah-ranap", sarapan la. :bgrin:

Yela, nak tanya skit ni...malas nak baca panjang2 act, sori ek...banyak songel lak...he he he...tapi tahulah kene minum 10min before, 3hrs after...cuma bab makan ni...boleh yela tolong advise skit tak betul ker tak ni...putri tak lunch, just bf sama dinner jer...dinner ambik kul 5.30/6pm....bf lak dalam kul 9am....so selalunya bf ambik roti plus butter+gula/kaya dalam 2 keping then minum teh kosong+limau nipis....tak pon pagi2 tu ader gak hentam burger...he he he...lunch tak ambik....dinner makan cam biasa jer...stll nasi + lauk....KO ker? Lepas tu mmg tak makan la sampai per bf pagi esok lak...kalau ambik pon, just minum air ksosng jer....FAIL?

TAPI UTK BREAKFAST, AKAK BLEND ORANGE SEBIJIK DGN EPAL MERAH SEBIJIK SAMPAI LAA LUNCH.  AND MINUM LAGI AIR 10MINS B4 LUNCH YG AGAK LEWAT SBB TUNGGU ANAK2 BALIK SKOLAH N HB BALIK. DALAM KUL 3PM.  6PM BARU AKAK MINUM AIR.

10 MINS B4 DINNER, AKK MINUM 2 GELAS AIR.  TAPI KAN, KAN, AKAK BLASAH LA LEBIH SKIT IKAN TU SBB BALAS DENDAM. AAAARRRGGH!!! FAIL KER YELA? :cry:

DINNER TERLAJAK TADI KUL 9PM, KUL 12AM BARU MINUM AIR KUT.  TAPI LAPO LAGI, AKAK MINUM AIR LAGI DAN BUAT TOASTED WHOLEMEAL BREAD DGN GARLIC, SPRINKLE DGN BLACK PEPPER.  SEDAP LA PULAK.  3 KEPING AKK BANTAI.  ABG PUN BISING, DIA KATA...HA!! MAKAN BANYAK2, BIAR BOROI PERUT TUUU!!!  HUWAAAA!!!! :cry:

YELA, KIRA TADI TU, HARI AKK LET GO LAA EK.  ESOK, LUSA START BALIK.  BUT SATURDAY ADA DINNER.  AKK CUBA CONTROL...   AAARRRGGHH!!!
