akak roll ok je..time panas lagi lak....takde pulak patah...actually bergantung pd teknik pembakaran kek u tu...spt yg akak terangkan sblm ni, u kena rasa ngan tapak tangan permukaan kek u tu dulu, kalo terasa lembab, memang kulit kek akan melekat dan jika kering (terlalu lama dibakar) buat sroll u patah bila digulung....tip senang aje akak kasi tu...try n error nanti lama2 menjadi...insyaAllah..

Guna resepi ahpek. Alhamdullilah kali ni menjadi elok..
(ikut petua yang maklang bagi - pukul telur + ovallete sehingga putih dan berkrim. lepas tu baru masukkan bahan-bahan lain)

mcm senang jem resepi tp tak try buat lg...nak try buatlah...tp nak tnya masa nak bakar adunan kek tu...loyang tu perlu dilapik kertas atau sapu mentega je untuk letak adunan atas loyang tu? saya tak pasti ni...

   akak pakai loyang shortbread 50 petak tu...tak silap 7x11, kecik skit dari paper A4...1 adunan leh dpt 2 roll....tp student akak kata dia wat loyang 10 so nanti potong 2 dpt le 2 roll..

me buat tak patah pun masa panas lps gulung mmg cantek letak dlm cling wrap pastu boh dlm peti ais...huhuhuhuuh tapiiiiii masa bukak tu tanggal gak kulit dia sbb panas tu ader wap jadik kulit tu mcm berair dan cair...uhuhhuh camne ek? sok sok nak try gulung masa sejuk plak la
