emmm,klu da nekad nk krus..aaaa yg pntg skali kne dcplin tau...sume yg bmnyk kne krgkn...lbhkn syuran dan buah2..nasi kurangka dalm 1 snduk..lbhkan syuran...then jgn mkn daging merah,coz ianya tggi chlstrol..lbhkn air msk dr air mnis...sbb mnis tu tggi calori..tu la yg gah mummy wt skrg ni....

mcm yg mummydini cakap tu...disamping tu cuba kurangkan kuantiti pengambilan nasi.. tk pun cuba masak nasi beras perang lak... bgus juga tu.. selain tu kurangkan dr masak yg asik nak guna minyak mcm menumis, menggoreng tu kan. kalau nak juga.. cuba ganti minyak biasa dgn olive oil... elakkan jugak dari asik suka nak ngunyah junk food especially masa nonton tv ker.. buat kejer ker.. ganti dgn salad or buah..

ada trainer hani dulu.. dia kata dia makan roti jer... utk bekpes... lunch amik laa jugak nasi sikit.. mlm pun roti gak.. n berkesan... tp cuba laa amik roti yg serat tu.. lebih berkesan.. cpt kenyang pun yer...

..ada kwn dini ni terlalu nk sgt krus..then dia strict gle bab mkn...lps 2bln mmg nmpk dia krus pastu gah keje aritu..tetibe je..pap!!!jtuh...ble cek doc,dia anemia....admit ward...lps brape bln dia pun ok la , bdn nek ckit  tp mkn byk sgt...lps 2bln..dia admit wad dmm..tekak dia bgkak..ble cek2,doc kata dia ada mslh..sbb dia mkn byk2 ape dia suka pastu jolok tekak bg kuar mknn tu......doc bg diagnose bulimia....mcm2 kn

miss pun tengah nak berdiet (kononnya) dok minum jamu tea jekk kat opis ngan umah.. tapi miss tambah gula.. miss nak exercise tapi lepas miss operation right knee akibat main netball tahun 2005 sampai skang miss tak penah exercise... skang kaki dah sakit gila2 dah.. mungkin berat dah naik.. berat miss dah naik apalagi lepas bersalin dah jadi 68 dari 56kg.. tinggi miss plak 162cm.. agak2 u all berat yg sesuai berapa ek?? miss tengah nak cari gym area shah alam ni.. ada sapa2 tau??
