putri..nampak gayanya KO la ur diet!  dia pagi only fruits n fruit juice, and main meals must be either carbo+sayur+ raw vege, or protein +sayur+raw vege. u may be kurus...but it's a healthy diet. our aim is to eat well so that our body is healthy and we lose weight as the side effect of eating well.

if perut kita dah biasa makan tgh malam,..mesti dia nak something when  midnite comes. tak boleh ajar perut ni. so...u kena tahan for at least 3 days...past tu, ur tummy wont be asking for food at midnite. try la...nak nampak cantik tak?? susah, gi tidur cepat2...so that when midnite tu, u dah tak sedar diri!!

drink as much as u can...and dont  forget to in include the fruit juice...it's more nutritious...no sugar added, okay!

nanti la..if i ada masa i cuba.

like yesterday, i had an apple in the a.m. and went to carrefour to have lunch with melonely (pasal dia nak ambik brush dia! hi kak!!), and i had rice + baby kailan + buncis+ bendi + sambal belacan + kuah asam. sedap gila!! now i'm hungry...dah kul 12...hmm...another fruit perhaps before lunch??

Menarik sungguh thread ni... start baca dari semalam.. hari ni baru habih baca sumer.. :cak:

Boleh gak try ikut ni.. nak shed a few kgs lagi ni.. maklumlah.. baru lepas pantang... baby pun baru je 2 bulan... satu je nak tanya yela... since tak dibenarkan minum air lepas makan.. boleh ke makan bebenda yang banyak kuah.. for example.. masa lunch tu, makan nasi tu dengan sup sayur ke.. so kira tak le rasa kering sangat tekak lepas makan tu... sebab dok pikir dah terbiasa kan minum air lepas makan.. macam tak kena je kalau tak minum air tu... camner tu.. hehehe...:cak:

bf ambil fresh orange after 30min epal & pisang... after 30min baru le minum air

lunch : nasi + sayuran .. boring la .. kat kantin ni tak de ulam.. nak kuar malas la pulak..
air memang tak minum lagi ni.. dahaga.. patut la ini saat yang paling cirtical .. but i will do it..
kerana semangat nf:nf:
mlm ni ingat nak makan sup daging la ++ sayur..

yela.. nak tanya... fish ball kira protin ye??

Misz baca topik nie 2 hari lepas.. go through page by page.. nak memahami konsep FFL nie... and semalam Misz start buat...

a.m : 2 biji epal, lunch : nasi + sayur + sambal belacan tapi malam pulak kawan misz buat mihun sup... kantoi...

hari nie; pagi2 kawan dah offer roti sosej....:kant: tapi sib baik lunch makan nasi + sayur lagi.. hopefully malam tak kantoi lagi...

masalahnya..bila kita ambik banyak sangat kuah or sup masa ambik our main meals, kita boleh jadi ngantuk jugak...dia dilute gak our digestive juices. and usually g berkuah ni banyak garam and msg..lagi dia buat kita dahaga after we eat it.

minum always 10 mins before the meals and 3 hrs after...in fact if u take protein, u shld drink 4 hrs after...pasal protein ni memang payah nak digest...esp if the protein is haiwan. if lentils...3 hrs dah okay.

fish ball is protein but not advisable pasal nak buat dia ni they all kena mix dgn tepung isnt it? so dia ni carbo+protein. so...tak tau macamana nak cakap sebenarnya. :hmm:
