Ceri guna resepi yume. Mula2 buat betul2 ikut adunan, tapi ceri rasa agak manis. Kali kedua buat, ceri kurangkan gula dan susu pekat. Sedap sangat.. TQ yume..

Kak leila dah buat seketul lagi..pun menjadi walaupun tak sampai 2 jam diperap....dah jamu member opis...dah abis pun ramai mintak resepi.........moga success terus ye yumee....TQ one again.

Tu la pasai .... :pmuka:  Yume dah suruh buat lebih dah kan senang ... untuk Yume sowang pun x leh kongsi ngan owang lain:nerd:  tak cukup tu ...

Yume selalu buat 2 atau 3 bancuhan .... bancuh satu bancuhan, perap ..  siap lagi satu bancuhan, perap... so satu kali keje jer nak membasuh barang barang tuh ...

Lagi pun kerje pembersihan kek ni mudah sangat .. tak melekat macam buat kek ... nak clear barang pun senang kan ...

Satu kali teringin lak nak rasa  air tangan kak Leila lak ...

Kek ni x leceh nak buat macam kek lain ... tang nak buat gula hangus tu jer kot ambik masa sikit ..

Tu la.. ceri pun musykil gak tengok kaler kuning sikit, tak macam orang lain punya. Gula tak cukup hangus ke?

Bila gula tu cair je terus ceri tuangkan air panas sebab takut pahit. Kena masak lagi ke? Dalam berapa minit agak2 ekk. Ceri guna api yang slow. (Mmg style masak suka guna api slow).

Yang manis tu mungkin sebab ceri bubuh gula sampai penuh satu cawan. Bila ceri tak penuhkan sangat ok la..

gula hangus tu tak berapa hangus...tu sbb kek tu kelihatan kuning. ..biarkan sehingga gula tu berubah kecoklatan baru masukkan air skit demi skit...insyaAllah, kek tu akan jadi agak gelap kalernya.:ting: Harap dpt membantu.

dulu pernah maklang kukus kek ni tp bukan resepi yg yume tempek.....bila dikukus kek tu agak berminyak..rasanya tak sesedap yg dibakar.:nerd:

betoi tu maklang ... kalau yume pun yume suka bakar ... kalau kukus :geram:  dah la ada butter ... tak leh bayangkan minyak dia kang macam mana ...
