sitipayung, saya pernah gunakan kek span dan juga biskut digestive yg dihancurkan seperti membuat base cheese cake tuh...tak de masalah...

Pour the mixture into the baked pastry and bake at 180 for 55 to 60 minutes or till
the top become brown. Switch off the oven.
Cool the cheese cake in the oven. (Preferably overnight)
Note:this recipe can be half and bake into a 8 inch tin for abt 40 minutes at 180'c

lemon zest ni kulit lemon yang di parut.....make sure jangan ambil kulit yang warna putih sebab pahit........boleh parut dengan lemon zester atau pemarut/grater biasa untuk dapatkan yang lebih halus, last resort gunakan pisau untuk ambil kulit luaran limau dan cincang kalau zester atau pemarut tidak ada...........

hi siti,

ok baru check....actually terlalu banya info substitutions dengan yogurt ni:
basically ya boleh, tapi di bawah serba sedikit yang kena suggest untuk 1 cawan:

one cup well-drained yogurt (if making cheesecake, use whole milk yogurt)
1 cup plain yogurt
For baking: 1 cup yogurt plus 1 teaspoon baking soda

cara untuk pekatkan yogurt - Thicken yogurt by draining through a cheesecloth-lined sieve over a bowl in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

note:  sour cream texturenya a little bit thicker dari yoghurt.

.Baked creamy cheesecake

250 gm Disgestive biscuits,blend in the food processcerr till fine and smooth
125 gm butter,melted
2 tbs sugar (kak Noor guna 1 sudu kecil aje)
Mix all ingredients together and stir till wel mix,then press it onto the bottom and side of a 8 inch springfoam tin.
Chill in fridge while prepare the filling.

For the filling:
500 gm cream cheese
150 gm sugar ( guna 120 g saja, nampak nya sedang elok tak manis tak tawar)
4 eggs (m),lightly beaten with a folk
1/4 cup of whipping/double cream
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180'c.
Cream the cream cheese and sugar till light.(carefull not to over cream the mixture)
Stir the lightly beaten eggs in (stir in bits by bits with a spatula till wel mix),then follow by adding the lemon juice,vanilla essence and cream,stir till wel blend.
Pour the filling onto the prepared base and bake in the oven for abt 55 to 1 hour.
Cool the baked cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour before taking it out to the room temperature.
Wel chill before serve....

Kak Noor dah try resepi Channel ni semlm..kebetulan kat TESCO ada offer cream cheese buy one get one free..so ni lah hasilnya





komen: kek keju ni mmg SEDAP BANGAT, LEMAK BERKRIM gitu..pagi2 lagi kak Noor dah cari dlm petiais..semlm potong masa tak berapa sejuk sgt so kurang umpphh..pagi ni (setelah satu mlm kek berada dlm petiais) bertambah2 lak umpphhnyaaa...tak rugi akak mencubanyaa...nanti bila ada jamuan/rumah terbuka kek ni pasti akan menjadi salah satu menu istemewa..Insya'Allah

oh ya...kak Noor kurangkan sket kandungan gula spt yg akak tulis di atas dan tak buh pun lemon jus sbb mmg tak suka sgt kalau cheese cake hok ada lemon jus..ntah naper..lebih suka yg rasa ori cheese saja

digalakkan pakai spring form dalam setiap resepi cheese kek.....tujuannya untuk memudahkan cheese cake lekang/keluar dari acuan dengan elok dan tidak rosakkan permukaan kek tu.... caranya ialah tolak dasar bawah acuan ke atas

try laa buat resepi golden cheese kek  kak liza.........saya dah cuba buat bulan april lepas....bahannya ringkas dan sedikit sahaja.....walaupun saya petama kali buat cheese kek hasilnya mengkagumkan.....sampai sekarang dok terbayang-bayangkan kelazatannya

shida, yg gambo atas tu mmg akak guna springfoam , sebelum akak beli acuan tu akak dah beberapa kali wat cheese cake dlm acuan  biasa je..bawah alas dgn kertas minyak..bila dah sejuk betul2 baru terbalikkan pelan2 ok je..cuma kalau beli acuan spring form ni jauh lebih senang bila nak kuarkan...cuma bila guna acuan ni tak boleh guna kaedah water bath  takut masuk air..kalau guna acuan biasa boleh..

atau ada sapa2 kat sini pernah guna acuan spring form bakar kaedah water bath..ok ke?

shida tak de oven. tapi shida nak try bakar guna multi purpose periuk tu. kena taruk atas dapur gas le. dan kena beli springform.

kak liza buat gunakan resepi kak liza...
bakar dalam oven convectional kaca bulat tu..
suhunya 140'C selama 45 minit jer...
base nya kek span nipis..tapi kek tu agak baik kat tengah sikit so bila buh adunan keju tu tak nampaklah cacatnya..

bila dihiaskan dengna potongan sunkist begitu kira okey la...
