Actor Ahn Sung Gi and actor/director GHS will attend symposium titled <Tourism Promotion through Movies/vVdeos> which will be held in Japan next month.
다음달 10일 개막하는 아시아 최대 국제단편영화제 '쇼트쇼츠필름페스티발＆아시아 2010' 실행위원회는 단편영화를 매개로 한 한일 양국간 관광진흥 사업을 벌인다면서 이를 위한 1차 공동사업으로 6월10일과 12일 각각 도쿄와 요코하마에서 '영상을 통한 한일 관광진흥' 심포지엄을 열 계획이라고 26일 밝혔다.
Asia's greatest international short film festival called <Short Short FF & Asia 2010> will open on June 10th in Japan. In the festival is a very special symposium called, <tourism promotion for Korea and Japan through films/videos>. The SSFF Committee reported on May 25th that two countries will start a cooperative business to promote tourism between two countries through the medium of short films. (I wonder if this is similar to Taiwan tourism MV??) Its very First step will be the symposium which will be held on June 10 and 12th at both Tokyo and Yokohama.
이 사업은 오는 11월 서울에서 열릴 제8회 아시아나 국제단편영화제와 연계해 이뤄지는 것으로, 심포지엄에서는 관광자원의 영상화 방안 등이 논의된다.
This business undertaking is connected to the Asiana International Short FF (AISFF) which will hold its 8th run in Seoul this November. They will discuss ?tourism and movies ?.
도쿄 행사에는 아시아나 국제단편영화제 집행위원장 안성기를 비롯해 일본의 유키사다 이사오(行定勳) 감독, 한일 양국에서 활동 중인 배우 유민(일본명 후에키 유코) 등이 참석해 관광과 영상 분야의 연계를 모색한다.
Attending the Tokyo event are: Ahn Sungi, who is the executive director of AISFF, Yukisada Isao, a Japanese director, and Yu Min (Japanese name=Hooaeki Yuko), an actor in both Japan and Korea.
요 코하마 행사에는 2008년 연출작 '유쾌한 도우미'로 특별 초청받은 배우 겸 감독 구혜선이 한일 양국의 젊은 영화감독들을 만나 관광자원의 영상화 방안을 논의한다.
Attending the Yokohama event through a special invitation is the director of 2008 Cheerful Caretaker and actress GHS who will meet with the young directors to discuss the issues at hand, i.e. travel, resources and films.
안성기씨는 "짧은 시간에 메시지를 담아내야 하는 영상예술로서 단편영화의 무한한 가능성을 믿는다"며 "한국과 일본의 공동 프로젝트는 양국 단편영화의 활성화와 관광산업 진흥에 기여할 것"이라고 말했다.
Ahn Sung Gi states that: he believes in the infinite possibilities of the art of short films which must convey a message within a short time, He also states that the Japan-Korea cooperative project will greatly contirbute to the activity of short films and the travel industry for both countries.

[News] Goo Hye Sun’s new movie ‘Yosul’ poster revealed
Goo Hye Sun’s new directed film ‘Yosul’ movie poster was revealed on the Jeonju International Firm Festival on 8th May 2010.
Yosul’ is a story about the love, passion and competition of young students who study in a art school. The debut of the movie poster is very special. The movie was name ‘Yosul’ (Magic) gives people a sense of mystery. In addition, the three main characters appeared in the poster implied a special relationship between themselves through their facial expressions.
It’s was said that Goo Hye Sun gave her very own views and ideas on the movie poster from the start. This shows the full expectation and love of Goo Hye Sun as a director of this movie. Goo Hye Sun wrote on her homepage saying that this is the first movie poster and she’s feeling very nervous.
Fans who have seen this poster comments that they are waiting for the movie premiere and waiting for sequel of the movie. They believe in Goo Hye Sun’s directing skills and are looking forward to watch this movie.
Goo Hye Sun ever directed short films before. This time she used music as the theme of her movie where she displayed her talents. The movie premiere will be on 24 June in South Korea.
