Best Newcomer SHINee Ranks 2nd on various charts in Taiwan after releasing 1st album
SHINee captured Taiwan.
SHINee released their 1st album in Taiwan on September 25th. SHINee's 1st album ranked 2nd on the 1st week of October G-MUSIC, FIVE MUSIC, Hit FM Asia Chart beating artists like namie amuro and V6.
G-MUSIC is Taiwan's best album sales chart, FIVE MUSIC chart is a album sales chart done by Taiwan's large album chain store FIVE MUSIC. Hit FM Asia Chart is Taiwan's popular Radio Hit FM's chart and it is based on 50% of the album sales, the listener's request songs, internet polls and broadcast frequency.
SHINee ranked 2nd on each chart and this was more then we expected. Their management company SM Ent. said "We didn't expect these results. After debuting they are gaining popularity in Taiwan. We will work hard so they can gain better results. "
Meanwhile SHINee will do a medley on SBS Inkigayo performing Replay, One For Me, Best Place, Love Like Oxygen.
