Klu buat overnight Roll Oat tu kan, ganti susu low fat tu dgn chocolate low fat boleh ke eh?

Bakar kalori tu hari2 dok buat simple kerja rumah utk bg berpeluh.. Tp mcm tak turun jer berat ni.. Statik jer....

kena berpadanan apa yg dibakar dan diperlukan

contoh:
sy dah di research apakah baseline sy
sy: 1869calories/day

so, sy akan bakar that much hanya baring2 resting
sebagai doctor, sy berjln dgn sgt byk dan actual active deciding treatment, go meetings, studying etc sampai terjelupuk
so i reckon i akan perlu around 2000calories /d lagi
so, katalah 3869calories per day is selamat utk sy, tetapi sy lapar kerana activities itu dan mkn semua seklai around 4000calories/day, maka jika sy active sampai terjelupuk pun hari itu, sy masih kena bangun dan gagahkan diri utk exercize utk bakar the 131 calories yg extra tadi.
