Nak update semalam.

Makan malam pukul 6.30
Nugget 3 ketul dan air kosong....


B1stHari ni...
Telor stengah masak 1 biji..
Air nescafe sikit je...tak brani banyak2

Lunch..
Dah beli apple hijau n merah
Nak minum Guara Cafe..
Cos smalam baca chad minum GC rasa macam sedap lak
Baca board DCL kata cofe ni leh tahan lapar.
Terus order kat supplier DCL and datang skali kat opis...

Pada kengkawa nak cuba cofe ni leh gak.
Khaleeda dapat discout lagi.
Takyah pos.....kawan DCL leh datang opis hantar free.

guaracafe ngan sandwich sardin ( buat sendiri pakai roti breaktrough wholemeal )

lunch nanti makan sama gak coz buat lebih

welcome to atkins diet program member moa & sisley :clap:

Dinner semlm:
- sup tauhu + kacang buncis
- tempe + ikan bilis goreng
- seketul ayam
- anggur  

Breakfast tadi:
- oat + anlene

Lunch karang:
- sup sayur sawi + chicken ball + cendawan
- buah oren

iskkk... mane leh!!! gemokk.. sungguhhhh! member2 dulu kalo lama tak nampak skrang bile jumpe semua ckp "weii apsal ko gemuk benar ni?" arrghhhh!!! ni tang peha & betis ni.. rasa nak siat2 kan jer... tang tu yg berat tu.. bontot ni pun satu... se'kepala' ngan peha & betis plak dia.. bengang nyeeee nf:

eh! nak gak try guara cafe tu.. tp aku ni tak minum coffee or tea.. ermmm takut takleh diterima tekak plakk..  :lebai:

C Lizzy tu penyeri board-board kita ni.
Pasal tu kat mana kita gi...dia ada...
Tak pun kat mana dia masuk..board kita tumpang sekaki.

Tapi yang paling meriah board kita yang mula-mula pertemukan
kita sume...board EA.

If Chad tak masuk board pun khaleeda akan tanya juga...

apsal cam arini tak ramai masuk ek??

ermm.. ntah nape ngan perut ni bersekongkol ngan anak tekak ni..
anak tekak ni teringin nak makan cekelet... si perut ni tak paham2 nak rasa kenyang.. tadi dah mkn sup sayur + chicken ball, tapi masih tak kenyang.. dok la makan biskut jacob ni haa.. pun takkenyang gak.. geram nye la aku!!

Cuba minum Guara Cafe....
If pegi board DCL....Guara Cafe boleh tahan rasa lapar.
Khaleeda baru cuba minum...rasa dia ok juga.

Cuba buka board DCL....

Kita kena bagi gak pandangan pada kengkawan kita yang tengah
berdiet...apa perlu kita bantu..

Macam khaleeda dah berapa minggu kurang amik nasi..memang
badan trasa lemah sikit..tapi terasa ringan sikit....kulit pun dah jadi
lembik..if waktu now pakai girdle ke yang tight rasa sedap je badan ni.

masalahnye idont like coffe or tea.. iskkk tekak takleh terima.. :puke:
for me takde nasi dah dkt seminggu ni.. takpe.. ook jer.. tp agaknye disebabkan terasa teriningin ni terus jadik tak kenyang.. selalu ok jer..iskk.. dugaan tui.. nak kene babap tekak & perut  ni... :nerd:

:stp: moa konpius jap ni ... atkins ni tak boleh ambik carbo, kan? ker korang ni ambik jugak carbo but in small quantity?
moa ni... cubalah satu hari tu tak ambik carbo ... adooiii, tak tahanlaaa ... rasa lapar amat ..
so, sekarang ni moa just kurangkan makan esp dinner ... and cuba makan buah, at least sebijik sehari.. and jalan kaki 20 minit (er, blh kira exercise ke ni?)
for 2 weeks+ gitu ... dah dpt turunkan almost 2 kg :clap: :clap: was soo happy, but bila cakap kat my buah hati , dia cakap .. kena usaha lebih lagi, turun tak cukup byk tu :gila: isskk, ingat senang ke nak diet ni...

report:
bfast: nescafe + 4 keping cracottes (light biscuits) + nutella + 1 apple
