exfoliac kan aha based..

sepatutnye die menyumbang kpd treat acne la jugak..
tapi mcm tera ckp,cleanser ni kite apply sekejapan je dekat muke..jadi mcm takde menyumbang sgt kecuali membersih..kalau tanak rugi,apply cleanser n bia jap 10 menet ke buat mcm mask (make sure jgn ade makeup la kut)..bia skin serap dlu baru bilas..missy pakai okay..tatau la nape skang tak pakai haha.

Min, if min buat cara macam tu, try to use a toner after than (guna kapas) and see if there are anymore traces of makeup that wasn't removed earlier.

Mcm ice, it usually takes 3 keping kapas..ice hanya stop selepas kapas tu betul-betul putih n no more traces of colours on it..

min stil stick to BB oil free foundation so far doesnt cause me breakouts.

semlm baru beli botol ke 2 cetaphil but yg 125 ml je la RM16.10 sbb end of the month nak try exfoliac cleansing foam tu. but still undecided nak beli ke idak. tunggu jumpe dr emma again.

mahal tol botol kecik nie.

ok now dah 6 weeks im on cetaphil, c-mycin n differin.

byk improvement on my skin texture. more supply and smoother compared to early sept. today im having my 1st period n suprisingly not even one pimple surface on top of my skin. yg ade cume 1 pimple yg x heal yet from 1-2 weeks ago.

so now my face ade lotsa scar la. huhuhuhu it will fade eventually la kan but it takes time. takpe im in no hurry. raya x raya eden x kisah.

mase minggu yg ke 3-5 ha time nie quite a few pimples pop-up la. cam ngeri pon ade. yela thot it suppose to treat bukan kasi haku tension lagi. heheh then did some reading on the net. n found out dat differn actually unclog pores! laaa. sabo jela. so i guess die dok unclog bom bom bawah tanah kat muke nie la.

my left cheek yg jarang naik pimple alahai naik 3 biji in a week alone! now dah heal la. hihihihi happy abt it.

n yes i do wear makep to work. so far makep min x kasi any breakouts. i think im gonna stick to BB for a while.

then i tried EM foundation kan. pon same x kasi breakouts. n last nite first time kuar gi klcc pakai cume one layer of EM foundation ha obvious nampak scars. pastu bf min ckp my skin dah getting better.

b4 dis kalu kuar mau haku pakai cam opera cina nye mekap hehehe. yela semlm sbb nak terawih pakai jela thin layer. huduh pon huduh la. eh sorry dah lari topic la plak!

after raya im gonna make another trip to dr emma clinic for the next treatment. still keeping my finger cross for a clean n clearer skin.

oh yeah n i notice my scars yg lubang2 tu getting smoother too. ha nie x sure pasal ape. because at the same time min amik elken spirulina every morning.

in terms of oiliness of my face tu still ade la. x kisah la janji no new pimples forming up.

Ice pakai toner Biomedic Conditioning Solution. Tak pakai hari-haripun..tapi usually bila pakai..tak ada traces of makeup, maknanya cetaphil managed to remove it..

pejam celik pejam celik cewi dah pakai retin-a and cetaphil more than 10 months! So far i like the result, but lately ada la naik jerawat sikit2, rasanya sebab cewi dok gatal pakai mekap sangat, sebelum nih dah lama gila tak mekap tebal2, skin pun agaknya terkejut kot.. setakat ni retin-a & cetaphil is the best! nak keep on pakai
