    kalo uniform lain aku tak pasti...kalo polis minimum berat 47kilo..minimum tinggi 157cm..kalo ko berat lebih pada tu mmg lepas...BMI lak ko kene search kat tenet cam ne nak kira..aku pun dah lupa..yang pasti jangan BMI ko overweight pulak...=)

ikan percik tapi kuah x mkn
sup sayur

x sure lg tapi mcm nk masak ikan stim. senang sket sbb sayur bole lambak je sekali dgn ikan so xyah masak sayur
