akak pon tak attend kelas, tu yg main taram..anak buah mintak buatkan gaunnya ropol2 tp akak tak pandai

mlm ni, nak buat lg utk makan2 esok..puas pujuk anak buah utk buat kek lain tp nak barbie doll jugak..mau tak 3 jam ngadap kek ni



keknya dah siap mlm td ( 2 kek coklat kat belakang)

huhu..teja pung failed gak bab ropol2 ni..selalu teja buat guna nozzle star n drop flower tu je ..setakat ni baru 3 kali je buat doll cake tu...teja x guna doll full cm akak..tp guna doll yang separuh tu je..senang..dah siap skirt baru cucuk doll

dah berapa byk saya cuba, ada yg ke laut jugak tulisan tu, tapi practise makes perfect kan. sebenarnya saya tak attend mana2 kelas buat kek pun, tapi setiap kali visit kedai kek, saya akan carik jalan nak tengok mcm mana dia decorate cake. Nak belajar cake decorating pun dia org tak mau ajar tau... tapi ada jugak baiknya saya jengok2 FnR ni, byk ilmu saya timba di sini.

ni guideline aje, kalau kek besar tu, kena buat bykla or just multiply aje resepi tu
100gm butter
100gm krimwell
100gm icing sugar (but I lessen the sugar to 70gms aje)
beat all of it (but don't overdo) dah dpt adunan yg konsistent, baru la mula spread ke atas kek. Guna spatula besi dan sediakan air panas, utk sapu spatula tu setiap kali kita nak wipe off the access cream. Goodluck

sy suka guna frosting resepi loveliana sbb tak mudah cair.
Krimwell 300g
Icing Sugar 500g
Mula2 pukul krimwell sampai kembang, kemudian masukkan icing sugar sedikit demi sedikit. Pukul la sampai gebu.

tak tidur lena bila pikir psl order customer hari tu. nak try and put some confident in doing it. masa buat ni saya halau anak2 dan hubby pergi jauh2... dia org kuar tengok wayang , I pun buat la... aman damai, senang dpt idea....

actually buttercream tu kena betul2 smooth, i did a trial & error, tapi pastikan ada air panas, celup spatula dan terus sapu ke topping yg dah di letak b/cream tadi. ada turntable tak? kalau guna t/table lagi senang, sapu dgn teliti. lagi apa ye... saya bukan pro pun, cuma hati saya tenang masa tu dan boleh buat, anak2 tak kcoh sama kan. Bila dah siap, rasa mcm tak caya aje, dan rasa tak mau bagi aje kat customer tu... saya jual kat dia RM60, aje tapi itu offer last month la, next month dah lain harga.
