China mungkin lebih bagus dari India dalam bidang engineering, pembinaan, perancangan dan beberapa benda lain, namun China ada kes-kes pemalsuan produk-produk (apa-apa aje) sehingga memberikan imej yang buruk kepadanya. At least, India tak ada isu-isu pemalsuan atapun ciplak ni,betul tak? |

sekurang2nya org nak pi China, takdelah sampai nak kalut mcm kat india ni masa nak sukan asia waima olimpik sekalipun..
i wonder, kalau lebih ramai high profile athlete yg tarik diri, adakah pingat emas kat komanwel ni ada value..
contohnya kalau dalam 100m runners, semua yg hoq 10.2s under tarik diri, yg tinggal cuma 10.7s runners. so kalau tetiba kita menang... boleh dibanggakan kah?... atau ini mungkin rezeki |

banyak construction work is done through child labour....how could children be expected to do hard labour macam tu.....
child labour = cheap labour..... the children are paid half from what is received by their adult colleagues but expected to work twice as hard to compensate their lack of strength..... it fills me with despair when i come across this info...... |

exactly allspark.... in a civilised nation, the strong always protect the weak and adults always care for the youngs..... it is cruel to expect children to perform had labour...... maybe things would be better once the caste system ceases to be practised...... but the indians have to change their mentality first.... |

Commonwealth Games 2010: Elena Baltacha pulls out amid disease fears
ElenaBaltacha, Britain's top female tennis player and a medal hope in NewDelhi, has pulled out of the Commonwealth Games over fears aboutdisease and hygiene in the athletes' village.
Staying put: Britain's top female tennis player, Elena Baltacha, will not be travelling to New Delhi Photo: PA
The Scot, ranked 50 in the world, had said she had been looking forward to flying the Saltire proudly at the Games but when she saw the pictures of the filthy living conditions in the athletes' quarters and read the reports about the outbreak of Dengue fever, she decided on Saturday not to make the trip.
Baltacha suffers from a genetic liver condition that has left her immune system compromised. While she has learned to manage the condition in order to compete at the highest level, she cannot afford to take unnecessary risks with her health. And, after talking to her medical advisers, Delhi was deemed to be too great a risk. |

harapan boleh diharapkan. sebab, 1. ramai atlit besh2 dah menarik diri 2. kerajaan Malaysia begitu yakin dgn keupayaan India untuk mengendalikan sukan ni. <-- bonus point utk atlit malaysia dari juri2 India.

More Australian athletes withdraw from Commonwealth Games
UPDATE 4:19pm: TWO more Australian athletes have withdrawn from the Commonwealth Games citing security and health concerns.
Cyclist Travis Meyer and table tennis player Stephanie Sang becamethe second and third Australians to pull out of the event, followingdiscus world champion Dani Samuels' withdrawal last week.
AustralianCommonwealth Games chief Perry Crosswhite said he was disappointed inthe withdrawals just a week out from the start of the event butrespected the athletes' decisions.
He did not rule out further withdrawals but hoped that would not be the case.
"Iam disappointed on the basis that these Games will be a good experienceparticularly for all the athletes who come to it and of course wewouldn't be here if we didn't think the security wasn't being organisedwell and at the level it should be," Crosswhite told reporters in Delhi. |
