ASAM PEDAS MELAKA

Bahan-bahan 3 keping ikan tenggiri (ikan lain pon boleh)
  • Bahan kisar:-
  • 3 biji bawang merah
  • 10biji cili kering
  • 1/2 in halia
  • 1 sudu teh jintan manis
  • 1 sudu teh jintan putih
  • 1/4 sudu teh lada hitam
  • 1/2 in kunyit hidup
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • Bahan tumis:-
  • @ 1/2 bawang besar-hiris
  • @ 1/4 sudu teh biji sawi
  • @ 1/4 sudu teh halba
  • @ 2 tangkai daun kari
  • air asam jawa secukupnya
  • air secukupnya
  • 1 biji tomato-potong2
  • 5 biji kacang bendi
  • 1 serai-diketuk
  • 1/2 bunga kantan atau daun kesum secukupnya
  • minyak masak
  • garam dan gula jika suka

Cara-cara
  • panaskan minyak. tumis bahan tumis. masukkan bahan kisar, biar pecah minyak.
  • masukkan air asam jawa dan air. biar mendidih, masukkan ikan dan bahan2 lain.
  • masukkan garam dan gula, biar hingga masak. hidangkan.

Masakan ni tak de tumis-tumis ya.

Bahan-bahannya:

Beberapa potongan kecil nangka muda - [size=85%]kalau suka , boleh letak lebih. [size=85%]rebus sampai empuk. Bila dipicit ia lembut.
1/2 ekor ayam - [size=85%]dipotong ikut suka
santan secukupnya ( 1 biji) [size=85%]- pekat atau sederhana pekat ikut kesukaan anda
10 biji cili api ([size=85%] tahan pedas boleh lebih, biasanya 15-20 biji)
3 -5 cm kunyit hidup [size=85%]-(agak2lah, kalau terlebih takut kuah rasa maung, yg penting kuah nampak kuning)
1 btg serai - diketuk
garam secukup rasa

Cara-caranya:
1. tumbuk lumat kunyit dan cili api (nak cepat lumat, masukkan sedikit garam)
2. Satukan semua bahan2 di dalam periuk termasuk bahan tumbuk tadi dan jerang atas api.
3. Rasakan masinnya dan biarkan menggelegak. Nampak masak, boleh tutup api.
Nota:
- kena kacau sentiasa, kalau tidak akan pecah minyak dan kuah jadi berketul2.
-kalau warna kuah nampak pucat, bolehlah tambah sedikit serbuk kunyit
-kalau anda tidak mempunyai kunyit hidup, boleh juga menggunakan serbuk kunyit.
senangkan......

ha ah samer...pnah g mlake, umah mmber...mkn asam pedas....fuhh sdap giler...
ni asam pedas meesai ni sedap cam mak mmber aku wat gak ker....
meesai, anto ler kat cn sket...nk rasa...
