ooo bole ke...jap gi aku nk g beli mayonis lah...aku sukeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.....hehehe....eh klu sos cili leh ke...teh o tadi aku letak gula 1 sudu jer...oo SUNSWEET tu ke...tau2...haa nnt aku cari...tenku yer ct...

Tahniah ko dah turun 3 kg dlm 1 minggu...aku x sabo nyer nk tunggu 30hb....baru nk timbang...hihiihh

    haha..suke la..tapi ko kene tengok jugak kandungan carbs dalam mayonis tu..aku nasihat kan ko beli mayonis jenama kraft 2..carbs dia paling rendah..tak pun jenama kimball..tapi aku rasa kraft lagi sedap dari kimball..ha....sunsweet la kot..rasenye brand EQUAL pun ade kot..hehe..ko letak la berat ko..kan syok kite tengok perubahan=)

oooo craft eh...jap g nk g bli ar..baru sedap ckit...weh sos cili tu camana leh ke. aku suka sos cili, seeeeedapp...hehehe

ok berat aku pada 13 april ialah 57 kg...kiter tengok 30 April eh....

bulan dec taun lepas, aku wat diet aku sendirik bodo2 jer....dlm 1 bulan turun 4 kg..

    alahai xde la gemuk mane pun ko..lebih kurang berat siti nurhaliza je...hehe...ok la..nnti ko update k...dah bace belum, aku cakap cili sos xleh makan...gula banyak sgt dalam sos tu..kalo ko nak makan jugak..ko tunggu lepas ko dpat berat ideal sok...ok??=)

hari ni aku makan:
pagi : ikan kukus dgn salad 3 kpg

petang : ikan goreng dgn salad 4 kpg

malam  : salad dgn mayonis sesu besar

salam..kakak saya pun baru nak mula diet atkins lepas baca blog taknakgemuk.com..doakan saya berjaya..saya nak minx polis atau jpj tapi xdpt sebab berat sngt xckup dengan ketinggian...saya nak mula esok..

13/4/2012---65kg(berat kan akak)

harap sangat berjaya..dah letih jadi gemuk nak try jadi kurus plak..hehehehe

ok... selama ni aku ikut menu diet LWM ... dah hilang banyak kg

start isnin ni aku nak try diet atkins... sehingga aku capai berat 55kg

14/04/2012 - 61.0 kg

aku akan update lepas 2 minggu induction ok!

hari nih bantai beef burger lagik..menyesal..tapi tak boleh tahan dengan fast food..nih semua salah anak haku..nak makan MC D.. menu hari ni :

Pagi : bihun goreng (suku pinggan + CPP ) = 300 kalori
Tengahari : beef burger Mc Donald (260 kalori) + tutti fruity (agak dalam 150 kalori) = 410
Petang : Biskut oat (100kalori) n air masak
Malam (before 7) : fishball rebus (150 kalori) + milo kosong (120 kalori) =270

Kalau malam nih lapo lagik..habisss laahh..

    yuuhuuu.....dua hari lepas ada buat sama cam menu u tapi seksanya nak tahan perasaan bila malam so i kantoi makan nuget.huhuhu..
i takleh tido awal selagi anak tak tido..payah..
timbang masih tiada perubahan, statik aje.rasa stress pulak.
disiplin sgt kureng la..tapi i dah berjaya kurang makan esp nasi
maybe i kena kurangkan secara slow slow..kalau drastik ikut menu u, tu yg by maghrib i kelaparan..
