sekarang airasia dah tak nampak cheap flights....

i managed to book the $9.99 ticket a couple of times to bkk.
kalo with airport tax it comes to about $100.00

hotel pulak ,you try comparing prices on the net.asia hotel is very convenient,
keluar pintu dah sampai train station.i think about $80 a night.

try to get the morning flight,jadi you sampai bkk before 1 pm.just nice.
the other budget flights...i think flight petang....nanti you sampai bangkok hari pun dah nak gelap.

BALI.. ni place to go.. very relaxing n kinda sepi menjak bom bom nie... tinggal sana for 5days.... saya single tapi itot a family so kira kinda safe  ...

ada this place nama dia ZEN ...... i bought 3 levis from their boutique shop.
harga below $40.00  (kalo tak salah)

chatuchak....you must make it a point to go there.there is a muslim stall kat sana.

kat NANA station......kat sini i saw lots of muslims shop,
sini macam african punya port.kebab shops can be found here too.

kalo looking for clothes...you go to pratunam area.

Hotel - py half for my hotel...since the kakak put her kids wit me.. so i juz pay $140 for 1wk  (total is SGD$240 for a week incl breakfast)
Pay abt RP100,000 for jeep if tak salahh... (share...)
Makan minum,shopping n plus tax to go home to singapore are the rest amt.

Also i upah the locals (anywei pakai SGD10 ea. for helping n being tour guide for us (andy n chonglet)

i paid S$318 for 2 pax on valueair....ni ada light meal,it was ok to me.

i'll  be staying in a $10 a night room next month in bali.and i'm staying near pasar ubud.

it will be a first time for the kids,and my fifth trip to bali.

i 'll be staying one night near the rice field,ni nak kasi budak2 tengok what life is.
kalo kita bukak tingkap in singapore we tengok concrete jungle,
kat bali....it is nature.

me balik on wed (10/05/06) bang matz... hotel ard 40 plus per nite.. budget nyer... ok lah jgk ini hotel (diamond city)... dekat ngan (asia hotel)... mbk... tmpat makan halal pon dekat jgk.. dlm 5-10 mins walk...

me selalu jugak stay kat asia hotel.very convenient,kalo you have elderly people with you.

will check out diamond hotel,i'm going in early june.

ok.....just my opinion.

sampai airport kat bkk,take a taxi down to hotel.
kalo you stay at asia hotel...it is just a couple of minutes to mbk.
along the way,you will see many shopping centres.
don't worry kalo you get lost,just walk towards the train station.

kalo you book thru travel agent,nanti dorang will bawak you to kedai diamond,kedai buat bag dll....personally,to me it is a waste of time.
kalo nak shopping kat mbk or chatuchak is very good.
there are lots of export shops kat sana...have fun wandering like me.

kat sana pun ada banyak kedai on the road side....macam pasar malam gitu.

don't forget to go for foot reflex in bkk....slightly mahal about 250 to 300 bhat.
but still way way cheaper than in singapore.



kalo nak call home buy your phone card kat 7-11...it's so much cheaper.

semalam keluar hotel kat hanoi pukul 4 pm (singapore at 5 pm)

sampai rumah at midnight....thank god i had a good sleep...

tadi woke up early.....semua dah kasi bersih....dah unpack pun

at 5 a.m kat hanoi....hari sua quite terang....

by 5.30 to 5.45 a.m dah macam at 7 plus a.m in singapore

weather wise...on saturday 13.05.2006  ada scattered showers....after the rain stop...the wind is very cold,my wife pakai baju tebal pun rasa the chill.some locals pakai sweater tebal and wool hat....saw many people folding hands macam trying to keep warm.

to me the weather is just fine,you don't sweat much....
