serbuk koko dimasukkan dlm adunan tu sekali ya zaima..memang sedap..bukan apa, bebudak tengok apa aje yg coklat tu yg suka..:nerd:

Dah try resepi Kak Noor.Yg herannya Nara steam bake kat sejam setengah,tak masak2 jugak.Sebab dah tak larat tunggu,Nara stop jer.Puding tu goyang2.Rasanya resepi ni mmg jenis yg goyang2 coz rasanya dah elok.
Normal ke kalo air dalam loyang tak mendidih walaupun suhu oven 180 celcius?Ke ovenku yg rosak?:stp:

untuk test masak atau belum, boleh juga cucuk dengan pisau tengah-tengahnya;
kalau pisau bersih ertinya sudah masak; kalau masih ada melekat pada pisau tu tambah lagi masa masak...

dan kalau airnya mendidih maknanya temperature oven terlalu kuat/panas...

semalam buat puding caramel/gula hangus ni..

kurangkan skit sukatan gula yg dipukul dgn telur tu berbanding sblm ni coz nak kurangkan skit rasa manis coz kuah dia tu dah manis dan sedap..

realize,bila buat macam ni,puding tu lagi lembut dan sedap..rasa mcm makan aiskrim plak :lol

baru buat malam tadi hari ni dah tinggal suku je dari acuan..sedangkan makan berdua je :nyorok:

Nara rasa tak masak sepenuhnya coz berair sket puding ni.Nara letak air suam,kalo tak silap Kak Noor ada cakap guna air suam kan?Mula2 ingat setengah jam jer,alih2 sejam setengah.Kak Noor bakar lama mana ye?

Ini D buat creme caramel instant dari dalam kotak... Caramel sauce tu bancuh dengan air panas tuang kat bekas... custard dia pulak masak susu segar lepas tu boh dalam... makan sejuk2 sedap
