If I had to give away 100k, I would establish a trust fund with the 100k being its seed money. The main focus of the trust fund is narrowing the gap of social inequality across gender, race, age and socioeconomic. For example, issues that related to income inequality,  wage gap between men and women, access to affordable healthcare, access to comprehensive education and so on. The trust fund will operates like venture capitalist company, where it'll provides starting capital on start ups or SMEs that have emphasizes on solving the problems in its local community. In the long run, the initial 100k that been given away will multiplied and grow bigger through return of investment (ROI) on these start ups or SMEs. Then, the money will be reinvested into bigger companies that stay true on being social enterprises.

If i were given 100k, i would save it for 10 years. From divident earned, i would invest in syariah compliant stock exchanges.
Afterwards, i'll make a will and waqaf all the earnings from those investments lillahi taala.
