Key word nya kalorie je.
Kalau stiap ari ko minum pepsi skalipun.. Makan kek bagai.. Tapi kau still dalam kalori defisit.. Ko akan tetap kurus.
Cumanya kurus ko yg x cantik.  Ko akan jadi skinny fat.

Tapi kalau ko eat clean.. N still dlm kalori deficit.. Ko akn kurus yg cantik.  Tambahan pula kalau workout.. Lagila ada tone je badan tu

not necessarily sis. boleh je makan lps pukul 8 sekali pun. cuma jgn lepas makan terus tidur. bagi waktu at least 3 jam selepas makan malam tuk tidur. tp kena jgk jaga portion makan la. kalau boleh eat clean. tapi pun .. nak kuruskan badan ni kita kena cukup tidur. jadi kalau rasa tidur lewat ... 3 jam lepas dinner pukul 8 is pukul 11 mlm .. dah consider lewat kalau kena bagun awal pagi let say pukul 5am. jadi kena pandai ejas la.

Ni iols stuju! iols buat atkins.lost 30kg ms tu anak dara then bertahan 1 2 thn je.lps kawen bum2 semula now dpt loose blk.nak turun blk tu payoh lah sbb dah beranak pinak n umur dah meningkat.tp alhamdulillah lah mmg kena gaya hidup sihat.nak2 dah nak mencecah 4 series ni

Yap..onsep diet kena jaga kalori yang kita makan. Masalah kebanyakan rakyat malaysia ni, tak mau bersenam..cuma nak jaga makan saja untuk kurus. Tapi tu pilihan masing2 kan. Iols bukan la nak salahkan diet atskin tu. Tapi i cakap ni base on 80% dari kawan iols dah amalkan atskin ni. Ok sgt kalau memang ada semagat tinggi dan boleh survive  1st stage tu. Tapi kebanyakan 1st stage dah kalah....lps tu badan naik extra dari tu. Dan kebanyakannya just kontrol makan je...tak mau excercise. Thats why i cakap...apa2 jenis diet yang kita nak amalkan..masukkan excercise sekali..paling2 pun brisk walk..bagus untuk jantung jugak..

tapi still kena kira kalori jgk sbb kalau makan bnyk2 then buat IF ni berat i maintain je x turun2

Ada yg share diet OMAD.. one meal a day. Mcm puase gak lah. Cth mkn lunch sahaja. Selain drpd tu melantak ler air kosong byk mana pun. No foods allowed selain drpd waktu lunch tu.

Utk sesapa yg nk try diet intermitten tu iols galak sangattt. Mcm iols mmg stop mkn pukul 6. Pastu minum air kosong banyak. Agak2 lapar iols amik satu sudu Peanut Butter...n kenyang jer smpi subuh esok. Tp iols mmg routine gym 5× a week. Berat maintain 50 kg.
