Dh bce tp masih xpahm, kjp lgi bgi hadam betul2

summary:
untuk turunkan berat badan, kena minda seluruhnya mengingini kehilangan berat itu

jika diana dgr org kata: sy mkn sikit je, tapi naik jugak berat, maka minda nya belum ready; dia kena honest dgn dirinya. cuba buat food diary etc.
kami di unit Obesity, selalu terserempak dgn mismatched dairy ni
kata ''mkn sepinggan je spaghetti'' padahal pinggan dia saiz besar yg org guna utk letak medium-sized pizza.
dan mcm mcm lagi

dibawah ni some pics of food dan calories nye.
sy ingi tegaskan, calories itu dikira jika food itu diprepare dgn cara healthy eg daging dibuang segala fatnya, ayam digoreng bukan dalam cooking oil style kita tu, santan tak diguna etc

kita di malaysia, kebanyankan nya hidup moderate or sedentary lifestyle sebab kita panas; mana ada org jogging pi keje or naik basikal sbb terlalu panas.

so, as sedentary women, memerlukan caolire 1600 to 1800kcal sehari

nasi sekepal kecil dah 130kcal
sy estimate, nasi lunch sy aje dah 700kcal, tak termasuk ayam sepeha kecil dan kuah curry yg maybe 300kcal sbb santannya dan kentangnya yg maybe 200kcal sebijik (serap minyak dari curry tadi)

ini food yg lain lain (see image)
so, sy dapati, sy akan makan sebanyak peminta sedekah setiap hari utk capai 1869kcal yg sy perlukan (sy, at rest tanpa buat apa2 aktiviti, didapati memerlukan 1869kcal menerusi research equipments.. researchers lain kebanyakannya wanita, dalam lab tu perlukan 1200kcla je... tension depa.. mkn sikit je dah melampau keperluan utk hari tu)

Tq for the info.. Next month ada weight loss programme, nak ada info baru untuk bagi kat participants. Selalu mereka make funny about weight loss, food intake.. No wonder la diorang macam tu. Mindset not ready rupanya.. Lepas tu cerita dekat i kenapa la tak slim2..

kisah benar:

kawan yg sy kenali dari jauh, adik iparnya sambil lewa kata kat dia, semaca ckp2 beramai2 semasa prepare kenduri: ...you tu takpe la, u besar..
satu sentence saje, tapi dia terasa sgt dan ambil hati.. makan dalam. dia jadi segan, mcm dok penjuru dan tertunduk2 selalu bila ada keramaian.

so slowly due to anger kot, dia mula naik benci dgn that ipar, lalu mula ingat kata2 dia each meal time. slowly minda dia push utk tak mkn sampai kenyang. kini dia really slim almost back to masa before kahwin.

saya dah jadi 70.8kg pagi ni
sy biasanya 67 to 68kg dry weight setiap pagi pakai underwear after wee wee.
sejak ramadhan, sy naik lebih dari biasa

sy tak sure lagi kaedah mana sy nak follow
rasanya kurangkan rice dari pinggan sy

Ya lah.. I pun macam tu.. Tapi ni colleagues nak kata kasar macam tu timbul isu pulak. Penceramah kutuk peserta.. Hahahaha.. Ada orang triggered dengan anger so dia berubah.. Harapnya dengan points yang doc bagi ni mereka sentap lah.

Doc dah check fat %? Kot la fat normal.. So yg buat berat tu muscle ke..

alaaa maintain je la 70kg utk lelaki and apatah lg di overseas.. ok je. x gemuk pun. at least lemak tu ble cover waktu winter.. heeee

dulu berat sy xtaulah... berapa tp gemukkk.. 76kg kot.. masa preggy sy turun 6kg... plus minus hanya naik 8 kg lps tu. sampaila deliver.. sbb xleh makan nasi. 3bulan terakhir banyak minum susu je... pagi ptg siang malam susu..baby mendadak naik to, 4.2kg.. tgk.. mak aihh besar baby sy. huhu.. but sihat alhamdulillah.. then turun balik ke 70kg..now 69, 68, pastu klu makan nasi 70kg balik.. nak dpt 65kg susahnya... 55kg? aduhhh kurus kering pulak nnt...and rasa mcm susahnyaaaa.. sbb kita suka ratah ratah lauk
