Cenonot ayam.. aku tak berapa suka. Lemak banyak, kadang ada bau ayam yg kuat..

Ko kena buang bahagian lemak berwarna kuning dalam ciken ass hole tu. Baru tak berapa bau. Tak ramai tau pasal ni.

Yessss correct..buang y kuning tu baru laa sedap,ni nenek ai ajar mama ai...goreng celup tepung sedap,goreng biasa sedap,panggang pn sedap..dlm family ai,tu mmg hak ai,org lain xleh amek..kalau ai xde kt rumah baru laa dorg akan berebut nak mkn benda tu..hahahahaah

chicken oyster tuh part tulang belakang ayam





ai ingat lg dlm satu bideo masak, katanya bahagian ni la selalu chefs ambik dan reward diri sendirik makan dlm dapur

dulu masa kecik2 ai tak suka makan kulit, leher, bontot ayam, kaki ayam etc, dah tua ni suka la pulak. Prefer lg makan bontot panggang, tp kalau goreng ai buat dgn non stick pan tanpa minyak, supaya ia tergoreng dgn lemaknya sundirik. Minyak lemak ayam tu ai simpan utk menambah rasa dlm masakan lain hahahaha

Fungsi cinonet ayam ni sma mcm fungsi burung2 yg lain. Bhgian dlm tu ada mcm bulat kuning. Tu glen minyak. Ayam/ burung akan merembeskan minyak dr glen tu utk disapu ke bulu2 depa.
So bila nk mkn , buang bhgian glen minyak tu. Glen tu bau hamis.

Ah..ai tertukar la..hihihi..tp situ pn sedap..ai pernah tgk jgk,masterchef?ke show apa ntah,dia ckp ciken oyster ni kira mcm reward utk chefs laa..

Pan fried ek?kaki ayam sedap kalau deep fried..kalau bt sup or kerabu,ai xmakan sbb xde kaler...n xcrispy..hehehe..dia kan a bit slimy..tp tulaa,kolagen kan..

Ha'ah kolagen yg asli gituh Kaki ayam ai selalu masak kicap jah, tp pernah jua makan yg dibuat kerabu - pun sodap bg ai

Menakutkan - kaki ayam, kepala ayam. Pernah terpegang kaki dan kepala ayam, mmg tak tipulah,  boleh sakit jantung dibuatnya sebab terkejut.
