Sebabnye saya suka diet yg TAK PERLU MAKAN UBAT, SENAMAN YG BERAT, DIET YG SUKAR..where kita kena pandai control ape yg kita makan dan kenal system badan kita ..esp yg menaikkan metabolisme rate ni...

Saya TAK SUKA UBAT..sbb tak long lasting result...senaman yg sukar.takde byk masa (semanan  bergelut dgn anak je yg sempat)..tak perlu ikut atkin ke..south  beach diet ke.. Cukup susah semua tu bg saya..

TAPI satu je nak kena kuatkan semangat utuk tinggalkan kalau nak follow above principals..TINGGALKAN KOPI..wawawawawa...Tanpa kopi sure hari ku menjadi mengong..

Kopi menyebabkan lemak kita lebih keras dan sukar utk dipecahkan..I know the fact..tapi satu kerja pun susah nak buat TANPA KOPI (Nescafe le..)

Tapi mase saye lepas beranak, berat lebih dari asal about 13 kg...berhenti kopi..control makan ...pose..tapi takes time about 6 months...dapat le reduce 11 kg..So, more 3 kg to go...:lol

Tp nak tanya, klu x ambik gula langsung x ke nanti jadi pening2 sampai leh pitam? Sebab kurang kandungan gula dlm darah?

elecom takder masalah berat badan coz i manage to menten berat badan ideal TAPI badan nyer shape tak cun laa...kekeke

dlm buku tuh ada tak cara camner nak mengshape kan badan bg berlekuk2 sikit :D

kalau ada...skang gak order buku tuh kat amazon :p

kalau nak gi gym or pakai bodysuit2 tuh takmo laa..coz takder budget...biasalaa still student lg...kerje pon part time ajer..kekekek

okay...one by one..

ada org tanya if makan roti plus fruits in a.m.....cannot..pasal roti tu bukan fruit...if ur really hungry, take banana...at least dia ni fruit yg filling

tak pitam....pasal in fruits ada natural sugar...so dont worry...and this sugar is not empty sugar, sugar yg full of nutritions!

and...when u eat ur carbo for lunch...that carbo will also turn to sugar. yg kita tak nak ni sugar yg empty..it will only turn acidic in our body.

Ok, i am coffee drinker and i have never drunk juice (fresh or processed) in the morning.

For first timers..akan ada sakit perut or diarrhea ke? or any other experiences?

This diet sounds familiar! Rasanya ice pernah flip through the book kat mana ntah..kinokuniya ke..

Thanks a lot to sis yela yg membuka topic and berniat membantu. They are some forumners here yg tak boleh ikut atkins, jadi why not try cara yg ini..

As for ice..boleh ikut sket-sket jer..like part fruit juice tu..sebab my body tersangat sensitive to carbs and i dun eat vegetables..Fit for life nie mainly vege kan..(The lunch and dinner)..I guess it's not for me..

But i wanna follow the tips too..

initailly for those yg tak biasa fruits in the morning sure ada effect nye...but for me..tak de..biasa aje. may be akan fart more pasal to detoxify ur body tu. but i suka sangat kalau selalu gi toilet...syok..macam ringan je badan lepas tu!

maisarah...exercise semestinya very good. dia kata 20mins aje a day...so if ada masa i gi brisk walking around tmn tar, if not buat taebo at home, but selalunya malas! but i ni kadang2 keluar...banyak kena berjalan.
