DISKRIMINASI TAK HABIS HABIS.....penatlah camni...

waaa tniah2 tahniahh  pd tuan umah...tuler semngatt tkan melayu hilangg di dunia..huuhuh
perkara cmni memang terjadi kt mesia ni..aku pon kijer kt kmpeni c**a ni....siksa yg amat...tertekan...mg diskriminasi tahappp dewa 45....last month ade kijer ksoong....web designer....sebab aku seko aje melayu kt sini..aku pon rekemen laa kawan aku..atleast ade gk aku teman..aku ingtkan okla....bos aku siap amik resume.....siap soh aku kol kawan aku dtg inteview....tp slalu pospone..pospne...pospone.....bile aku forward kt 2nd boss aku...buleh lak dia kt....big boss never mention me about this..by the way....what races ur frend...bila aku kate melayu..dia sengih2 jerk...baru 3 hari lepass masuk sorangg bgsa diaa utk position tu....yg aku hangin tu nape tk cakap awl2 tnak bangsa lain.....pastu duk susahkn kawan aku...soh dtg inteview tp tk pernah jadik.....marah betol aku...dhla aku kt cini hari2 kene buli....
pastu penah gak jadi kt aku....aku try kol satu kompeni sebab kwn aku bg no..ade kijer kosong katenye.....aku tk bukak mulut lagi....dh org HR tu cakap....we prefer C***...with or without xperince...

i'm also working in a chinese company....ok ape...layan orang Melayu baikkkkkkk sesangat...every year ade annual dinner, ade ang pow, ade bagi ni lah bagi tu lah. Tiap-tiap tahun mesti ade increment! mesti ade BONUS ok!!! keje ngan orang melayu tak semestinye ade FAEDAH macam tu!! so many things the company give us. And the majorities keje pon orang Melayu. yang paling lame keje kat company tu ialah orang Melayu sampai 20 tahun. skarang ni siap pegang post tinggi, tak ade pulak diskriminasi...it also depends on the company lah...

ni aku nak citer kisah lucu jap..

my gal pal kerja dgn satu firma akauntan yg audit/taxation/account officernya 100% bangsa cha ya.. the reason behind this, according to her Boss coz almost is that all of his client is cha ya. :hmm:

dan kenapa ya? why did they hire her?

jeng..jeng..tanggungjawab dia ialah to deal with the Gov sector ie..LHDN etc..sebab according to her "fabolous" Boss, Gov. officer tak layan staff dr private sector yg berbangsa cha ya. :hmm:

kdg2 depa nak status bumi aje. so director ada la 2,3 bumi, pastu driver, despatch, tea lady pun org kita. exec dgn management level takde.

let's not bring up any sensitivity here. i rase lah, orang kite pon ade jugak pangkat-pangkat tinggi, lets live in harmony ok...sahut seruan kerajaan,..kalau nak yang racial seimbang, pilih multinational company.

I don't see anything wrong to bring up any sensitivity here. I cerita bukan hasil pengalaman I saja, my friends pon terkena. Kalau ur  cha ya company treat u well then...good on u mate.!!!

This is common in Malaysia nowadays. I pun half malay half chinese. But i nampak banyak sangat...banyak sangat diskriminasi kaum dalam seeking for jobs. Ok , kalau I yg ada experience nih pun dibuat macam tu apalagi adik2 kita yg baru grad dari Uni.?????..lagi laaa struggling.

Itu I tak cerita lagi office politics, and increment yg dibagi...sungguh diskriminasi..

mak aku citer kenkadang die rase sedih sangat...
die tengok budak grad melayu yg hantar resume mmg with good qualification, result and experience  tp diorang tak tengok pon resume budak2 tuh... tp bangsa cha ya ni ntah dr kolej mane2 tak penah dgr punye kolej pon senang2 diorang amik...

yg paling sedih mak aku kate budak lps SPM cha ya pastu buat keje yg bodo2 je dapat gaji RM 1800... tp sorang budak pompuan grad obersea keje title kerani gaji RM 1000 je tp buat keje macam exec... sabo jelaa...

lagik satu opis diorang ni skang dah tak ikot syarat kerajaan macam dulu mesti ada at least 10% bumi... syarat ni skang kerajaan pon dah tak amik pot...
so diorang skang mmg saje je pressure stafff melayu spy berenti sendiri pastu diorang ganti dgn bangsa cha ya...

kmpeni aku seme cine...aku jerk melayu......tmpt solat pon tkder.....1st day kijer bile aku tanye boss pasal tmpt solat dia leh kt...hari2 kene semyang ka..bukan jemaat meh?terpaksa la aku jadi ustazahhh bgtau dia....skrg aku terpksa gunakan meeting room tmpat aku smyang....

member aku dulu jadi copywriter utk company CHA YA..quit coz boss bising every time die kuar semayang..ckp saje nak curi tulang..
pasal fresh grad nak cari kerja tuh n direject..mmg standard ar..aku pun baru je grad early this year so i know that it's true..just rezeki aku dpt kerja ngan mnc n boss aku bukan suke discriminate org..tapi bile aku tgk resume2 diorg yg stakat ade sijil je, aku tau something's wrong..n one common reason diorg ckp diorg prefer CHA YA becoz they're good in English..aku cukup pantang ngan statement camtu!cam malay ni bodoh sgt..lagi skali aku dgr statement camtu, aku akan dedahkan ayat2 yg menunjukkan ke'terer'an English diorg..

Wow.. that's very vocal.. you might lose respect when you do this.. anyway, that was unprofessional of them to have you shortlisted while they prefer Chinese, they should have stated in their ad (or maybe the font is too small for you to notice?) And that was unprofessional of you to suddenly "erupted" in front of them even though they criticized you or your employment history. If I were you, I would just say that I don't see myself working in that company for first, they prefer Chinese, and second, if they never mentioned about race preference, the working environment won't suit me. And due to this, I won't ask for the hardcopies to be returned for I'm sure they must have softcopies stored somewhere in their database (if you understand how Jobstreet works).

Just my 2 cents.... :hatdown:

hmmm akupon lm proses resign....dpt gaji je bulanni  aku 24 jam aaa resign sebab aku under prohibition lagi..baru 2 bulan join......tk kose aku...hari2 kene dera mental....lagi penatt dr kene dera pizikal...huuhuhuhuh
