kalau sesiapa yg ada allergic kat seafood,selalunya dia akan alergic jugak kat marine extract..
so bila makan supplement yg ada benda2 mcm tu mcm estime,dn hans,soy collagen,imedeen ke selalunya akan alergic jugak.. |

pernah makan jugak estime ni..Mmg nampak la perbezaan...complexion kulit lebih sekate. Kulit pn lembab tp tak oily... tp mcm hershey kate, klu stop makan kulit jdi cam dulu la. |

penah makan estime nie masa nak kawin dulu...lepas tue sumer org puji muker berseri seri...derang ckp seri pengantin.but i think, efek estime gak kot? hehehhe i can feel the efek lepas makan estime nie in 2 weeks.
mmg puas hati. the best thing tayah pakai sunblock pon takper pasal dier act as sunblock dari dlm...according to the box la....
lepas tue, preggy i discontinue makan...abes pantang ingat sambung balik. but i didnt get the efek secepat yg i used to get masa 1st time consume dulu. agaknyer body dah immune kot. but kalau 5 bintang, aku bagi 4 1/2 bintang kat estime. |
