mana2 parents yang anak2nya kemaruk makan fast food..
or yang ikuttttttttt aje apa derang nak makan...
watch out!
sebb selalunya parents tak sedar ..
oleh sebb terlalu ikut sangat
kehendak anak2..
in 10 years time..akan nampak la hasil negativenya

kalau nak mengenakan gaya hidup sihat... nasi lemak tak boleh makan ke.... erm... mcm mana dgn mee goreng mamak... mee kuning ada asid boric kan... tu bole jadi kita senang gemuk ke

yes i agree. ada baca dlm satu article, french fries yg paling x bagus. the article also mentioned 'trans fat' is the worst fat, can anybody explain about trans fat?

It is a positive sign if you are losing inches on your waistline. It is not important on how much you weigh but on how much of inches you lose. If you are big eater, go for hi protein food. Keep your carb intake as low as possible.

As long as foods which are hi in carbs, they will make you fat.

nak tau juga... bila waktu paling sesuai buat senaman.. adakah makan sebelum tidur akan menjadikan kita gemuk walaupun dgn mengambil low carb diet. (nasi putih separu, ikan rebus, sayur ulam)..

Waktu paling best utk membakar lemak ialah pagi selepas bangun dari tidur sebelum sarapan pagi. Kalau blh telan 1000mg L Carnitine utk membantu badan membaker lemak semasa exercise.

Kalau blh makan 2 jam sebelum tidur. Low carb diet tidak akan mengemukan badan walaupun makan sebelum tidur. Utk pasal kesihatan, min 2 jam sebelum tidur dinasihatkan.

i think, obesiti meyebabkan diabetes tuh lagi tepat dari diabetes menjadi punca obesiti....
one of da predisposisi utk diabetes is obesity...tapi, tak suma yg obese akan dapat diabetes....diabetes terjadi bila glukosa dalam tubuh takbley ditukar jadi glikogen due to lack of insulin atau insulin yg tidak peka lagi terhadap glukosa...

gitu le serba sikit yg aku tau....

mak aku kene diabetes... tak penah gemuk pon seumur idup dia.... kurus sekeping.. tp living with diabetes.. bukan sbb makan banyak gula.. tp makan banyak karbohidrat
