biler marah,darah dalam badan akan jadi panas dan mengelegak,wudhu` dapat menyejukkan kembali fizikal hang time marah.

panas baran ni  tak elok dek,maybe effect biler dah kejer nanti,biler situation dengan bos or client,you`d better control your anger from now on.

hmmm maybe biler perasaan marah tu nak start jer you can start ask yourself this 3 question

1)Why am I angry?(mesti ader sebab kan kenapa jadi marah)
2)what is the consequences? (kalau adik lepaskan marah tuh,tumbuk orang ka,marah balik ka,etc)
3)what if I calm down?

good luck on controlling your anger,after all anger ni hanya salah satu sifat pada manusia jer.

aku ade kawan tp kengkadang aku suke bersendirian. aku suka suasana yg tenang. tp dlm keadaan tenang tu kengkadang rasa diri banyak fikir. tu yg jadi camni agaknya. byk2 kawan pun kadang2 rasa rimas dan menyakitkan hati kl ade kawan yg tak sama kepala dgn kite. im non muslim.

mcm mane plak nak release fikiran yg tgh berserabut? aku rasa perasaan marah ni dtg dari tabiat suke berfikir byk. aku tak tahu camne nak buang tabiat suke berfikir byk sampai waktu tido pun automatic otak aku berfikir lebih byk dr biasa bermcam2 benda sampailah aku letih dan tertido dgn sendiri. kl tak aku tak dpt tido. cume itu satu2nya cara utk buat aku otak aku letih dan boleh tido. tp itu cume utk sementara. bangun the next day aku mula stress lagi.

itu oang panas badan akibat demam boley le ...ni panas mentally...

camni le midnight..asal ko naik hangen jek ko buat satu plekat pastu ko tampal kat mane2 lar yang ko senang nampak...ko limitkan le sehari bape ko nak buat..kalo hari tuh dah lebey dari 3x ko temper ...pastu ko g kat cemen pastu ko tampo muke ko koowat koowat...eosk pon same...lama2 aku rase boleykot ko kontrol mende nih...abes kalo dah tetiap ari ko tampo muke ko sure mcm injek botox jadiknyee..amacam ada braniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii:cak:

erm..ko sejibik cam aku dulu..betul2 sejibik..

apa ko perlukan ialah..simple jek..

1) kawan..
2) senyum selalu
3) berfikiran positif
4) banyakkan bersenam
5) luahkan segala masalah ko kat orang yang paling rapat dengan ko, yang rasa2 boleh dipercayai, tak pecahkan rahsia ko..( bukan belasah dia! cakap ngan dia )
6) jangan layan sangat perasaan tu..
7) kurangkan bercakap, banyakkan memerhati..peka..

p/s= walaupun nampak cam mengarut, tapi mesti berkesan..trust me..
