Pancreatitis is a condition in which digestive enzymes attack the pancreas rather than break down food in the small intestine. Chronic pancreatitis may cause weight loss, even when your appetite and eating habits are normal. Lack of blood supply to the bowel. If the blood flow to your small intestine or colon is reduced, you may develop a condition called intestinal ischemia. Signs may include unintentional weight loss. Hyperthyroidism. The thyroid hormones regulate every aspect of your metabolism, from your heart rate to how quickly you burn calories. When your thyroid gland produces too much of the hormone thyroxine, you develop hyperthyroidism. This condition causes sudden weight loss, even when your appetite is bigger than normal. Diabetes. Diabetes affects the way your body uses blood sugar. Even when you eat as much as usual, you may lose weight if your muscle tissues don't get enough glucose to generate growth and energy. This is especially true with type 1 diabetes, in which very little sugar gets into your cells. With uncontrolled diabetes, sugar lost in the urine may also contribute to weight loss. Cancer. Other than that im also a smoker. But, as a long time smoker i think rokok bukanlah penyebab nya kot. sebab dulu2 masa merokok pernah berat badan makin naik sayap2. merokok pun dari zaman belum kawen lagi. ungain weight problem happened bila sudah mempunyai keluarga.
My family kata sebab jadi kurus kering ni pasal tinggal berjauhan dgn my hb. i dgn dia akan berjumpa setiap 4 hingga 6 bulan sekali. So kalau jumpa doktor byk sgt benda kena cerita. Dan mungkin benda tu semua related....

aku nih pun kurus gak..tp dlm 3minggu aku berjaya naikkan 3kg...
so nih sket tips utk nko camner aku naikkan berat bdn dlm ms singkat..
1.sehari..aku minum 4 gelas susu (full cream)....
2.wajib bfast,lunch, dinner (makan nasi + daging/ayam(mende2 berprotien)
3.pastikan nko ade snack time..dlm 3-4 kali sehari..masa nih bleh makan bzkut ke..nuts ke..roti ngn peanut ke..apa2 mende yg berprotien laa...buahan2 ke...
4.exercise..yg org wat kat umah tu...huhu..bleh cr kat youtube..nih baguz laa utk build nko nye abs..means..wlpun nko still kurus.tp body mantap....
nasehat aku..jgn makan bnyk pd ms yg sm..juz..ala kadar tp kerap...sbb klu body nko naik..kang timbul penyakit laen plak...huhu..

kalu dah tetiba je turun berat mendadak, maybe ade masalah kesihatan. better consult dgn doc & buat further checking kat klinik. Mana tau ade detect some desease ke. Hopefully not la, tp better confirm cepat2.
Aku pun kalu bole nak berat badan naik lg dr skrg. Metabolisme aku tinggi sgt kot sbb berat bdn maintain je dr zaman skolah sampai skrg. Dah minum full cream milk tiap2 ari pun tak gemuk2 pun. Ni bf aku la ni sibuk suruh aku bagi byk isi skit.. huh, menci je. |

4 gelas full cream milk sehari.? Byk tu, kang nnti high cholesterol plak. 2 gelas dah cukup le.
Aku dulu pun suka sgt minum full cream milk, 1-liter sehari aku bole abiskan. Pastu masuk keje tpt baru kena buat medical check-up doc detech bad cholesterol tinggi sbb byk amik dairy product (aku mmg antu susu, cheese, coklat, ice-cream). Nasib baik good cholesterol pun tinggi so bole balance kadar cholesterol aku. Tp doc. nasihatkan kurangkan mkn dairy product, so skrg aku cuma minum 1-2 gelas susu je sehari. |
