anyone can suggest a good brand of glucose drink...i seem to remember the glucose drink that comes in a blue can...don't really know if it is still around...maybe in between meals...it will keep me energized..
ideas anyone? |

aw76, if your work requires lot of energy, maybe you can consume this glucose drink in between your meal..

skang aku bercadang xnak makan nasik dlm tempoh 6 bulan.. digantikan dengan fitness cereal , buahan , mee dan roti ( made in gandum ) ... so far , dah seminggu x makan nasik...berat bdn dah turun 3 kg.. pastu petang , jogging.. |

Selain daripada glucose drink, i think Red Bull and Livita is a good supplementary drink between meals, full of vitamin and energy, aku selalu minum drinks kalau long distance driving nak mengelakkan mengantuk atau letih...
Any suggestion on drinks on regular basis? Maksud aku minum hari-hari punya...? |

agree.....giving up rice should work...base on what i have read. substitute with other food ....cuma kene get thru the rice-withdrawal period tu aje lah sakit skit... |

semalam aku pegi gym, sempatlah bersembang dgn sorang personal trainer ni, dia ckp makan nasi boleh setiap hari, tapi amek dalam quantity yg sedikit, kalau boleh separuh or sesuku pinggan, for those yg baru2 nk kurangkan makan nasi, amek nasi dlm separuh, ayam or ikan, bykkan letak sayur2an. then kalau boleh bykkan minum air suam. lepas makan, dalam 4,5 jam, buat lah exercise utk bakar lemak dalam badan tuh, bykkan buat aktiviti cardio so that proces pembakaran lemak tu akan sentiasa berjalan. |
