Perghh... 30kg nak turun tu. Tu kena ambik dlm 10 bulan ker setahun tu. Kalau free join saya jog di Tmn Tasik Titiwangsa sebelah pagi. Saya pun nak turun berat badan. |

Berat ideal = tinggi (dlm meter) x tinggi (dlm meter) x 23
Kalau berat you melebihi kiraan berat ideal u bermaksud you dah overweight. Kalau berat you di bawah nilai ni that means you are ok. |

Losing weight is all about input & output. If you eat more than what you burn you'll put on weight.
Pastu have to exercise. Find an activity that you enjoy - walking is the best thing. If ada kawan nak jalan sama-sama its even better. Exercise sorang-sorang boring & we'll lose interest quickly.
I'm trying to lose 10 kg! I put all that on masa pregnant. Now have to work hard to lose it. There's no magic in losing weight. Sweat it out! But at the same time don't overdo it. I was mad enough wanting to lose the weight quickly that I walked outside for 30 minutes. Continued with 1.5 hours on the treadmill. Rest kejap pastu exercise bike for 30 minutes. Rest kejap. Then used the stepper pulak. At night same drill again!
After 2 weeks I had horrendous chest pains. Thought it was angina. Rupanya costo chronditis - brought about most probably by over-exercising + bad coughing bouts.
So my advice is to have a workable plan & stick to it. Eat healthily and exercise in moderation at a pace you're comfortable with. That's what I'm doing now. I'm losing weight slowly but it is happening. I'm only losing about 1.5 kg a month. It'll take me longer but that's okay cos I don't want to comprise my health. |

Berat ideal you 64kg. Nak kena turun dalam 23kg. Estimate perlukan about 10 bulan ke setahun untuk dapatkan berat ideal tu. Kalau berminat I boleh tolong designkan diet program dan strategi untk you achieve your goal. Programnya simple ajer. Tak la susah sangat.
