the truth hurts when you are confronted with it, and maybe the reason why they open a thread is to get some opinion,though most advises here given are well meant, it doesn't always means that you got to take it down to the T

rationalize it, and sorry to say this, some of them here got a bad experiences and they think that they do know better from what they've gone thru

cyber being cyber, sometimes you got to take it with a pinch of salt

Denial... pada aku.. is matter of the heart... your heart strongly... nak sangat to make your dreams realise... so ko try...
day by day..by... day...

Tp mungkin mummy a bit bernasib baik.. sbb i try to rationalise... brng my self out of the box... See it dari luar... the bigger picture...
Then bring my self back in side and take action... Sesetangah yg x still dok denial is.. that they are so much consume with the situation they are in smpi dia takleh take them self out.. their brains out... their heart out of the situation...

I've been there also... And i know how it feels like.. it feels.. like you are control by situation... not the situation controls you...You feel helpless.. but fall through with the flow.... Tense sgt... But your faith yg keep you alive..
