ohhh gitu rupanye. td baru je bli supplement enervon-c (b complex+vit c) dan dh makan 1 biji. maikk aihhh haus cam tinggal kat gurun rsanya. la ni dh brapa botol air ku minum. aku ade mslh cepat letih dan mgantuk sbb tu bli supplement ni. pasni nak kumpul bajet bli makanan organic lah. |

Laaa...sintetik tu yg dihasilkan secara tiruan lah dlm lab by chemical process. Mcm aiskrim perisa durian contohnya...bukan betul2 amik buah durian utk mixkan buat aiskrim tu tapi the molecul ...

Kadang2 tambah sikit je. Cuma kena tahu which one is the best lah. Makan yg murah2 tu pun membazir je tak de effects sangat. U just get the psychological effects of thinking u are taking supplements now..hehe ![](static/image/smiley/default/titter.gif) |

Beli je extra kat supermarket ke memana...lebih baik berhabis sikit2 skrg daripada berhabis-habisas banyak bile kena ape2 yg kronik nanti... |

omega 3 ni . i ambik pristin fish oil .. a bit expensive, tapi amat berkesan utk turunkan cholesterol level
yg lain2 tu, sedaya upaya ambik thru food ... sebabnya, kalau ambik supplement ni, kdg2 i sakit kepala .. kena minum air byk2 then gi toilet pun byk kali la .. |
