Yup most probably sintetik gak. Unless u tgk caj die mahal gile then maybe organic. Doctors dont really have knowledge on supplements. That's why most of them dont advise us to take supplements. Becos they dont really know about it (unless doctors who are proactive and love learning on alternative medication) and they dont want to be responsible should the patients experienced any reactions when taking those supplements. Actually ubat ngn vit kat klinik tu pun kadang2 jual cam direct selling gak. The salesman dtg explain pasal ubat baru and the effectiveness on the patients. Kadang2 ayat doktor " ni ade ubat baru yg stronger. Why dont i give u this to try.."hehe. Doctors also dont know how to make medicine. That's the job of pharmacist.

ohhh gitu rupanye. td baru je bli supplement enervon-c (b complex+vit c) dan dh makan 1 biji. maikk aihhh haus cam tinggal kat gurun rsanya. la ni dh brapa botol air ku minum.  aku ade mslh cepat letih dan mgantuk sbb tu bli supplement ni. pasni nak kumpul bajet bli makanan organic lah.

Both are fatty acids family and difference in term of the chemical bond. Sumber2 omega-3 fatty acids mainly from the fat of cold water fish such as salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel, black cod, and bluefish. While omega 6 lagi senang dpt from seeds and nuts, vegetable oils, and even processed & fast food. . I'm taking EPA DHA myself yg good quality punye which sources from Norwegian Sea, laut paling bersih di dunia.

Kadang2 tambah sikit je. Cuma kena tahu which one is the best lah. Makan yg murah2 tu pun membazir je tak de effects sangat. U just get the psychological effects of thinking u are taking supplements now..hehe

aku bajet camni... nak optimunkan pemakanan berkahsiat dari makanan yg aku makan tiap2 ari...

Beli je extra kat supermarket ke memana...lebih baik berhabis sikit2 skrg daripada berhabis-habisas banyak bile kena ape2 yg kronik nanti...

omega 3 ni . i ambik pristin fish oil .. a bit expensive, tapi amat berkesan utk turunkan cholesterol level

yg lain2 tu, sedaya upaya ambik thru food ... sebabnya, kalau ambik supplement ni, kdg2 i sakit kepala .. kena minum air byk2 then gi toilet pun byk kali la ..
